Why is this stuff not in every grocery store? This stuff is so good!!!

I love how this taste ! I don’t even eat oatmeal anymore, just make a bowl of my buckwheat with coconut milk! Add some cinnamon

Who’d a thunk it?! For an extremely healthy grain, it is do much fun to eat. I put it in my oatmeal and it comes out like little pearls, soft and chewy…fun to eat. Soak it for about .10 minutes and then just cook together with oatmeal.. Raidins, dried cranberries, dried plums, dates topped off with half and half milk. Love it!

So hard to come by! This is by far the best price-quality ratio I've been able to find. It's a shame that these groats have to be rinsed as per the instructions on the packaging. I have no idea how a producer would go about it, but I'd love for them to be guaranteed clean. Also, sometimes, there are very hard black grains in there that you should look out for. But all in all this is what I need and I keep ordering it.

Great taste Excellent product

So far, I like this very well. I am very particular about which buckwheat groats I use to make my homemade buckwheat bread. I used groats I purchased directly, but I can no longer get them. I have used these twice and my bread comes out as well as it did with my other product. For now, I will continue to purchase this product.

The buckwheat is organic, very good and tasty. I eat buckwheat because it is low glycemic. Buckwheat contains fiber and plant compounds with antioxidant properties. It helps support heart health and lower blood sugar levels. Although I have head some people experience allergic reactions. For me it is a good rice substitute.

I cook this in my rice cooker. It is extremely tasty and a good value.
