Pink Damask Duffle Bag 16-inch

This is our new favorite dance bag. It is the perfect size with plenty of compartments. We've only had it for a few months but it is holding up well without any problems. We did notice a smell when we first received it but after a few days airing out in the garage it was gone. We never noticed a smell on any of her clothes. It really is a really cute bag for any girl any age.

Bought this item for my daughter for christmas. It has a terrible chemical smell. I have aired it out for weeks in the garage and it still smells. I also tried to wash it, and it did not help. I cannot stand to have it in the house!! the smell is so potent. Very disappointed!!! sending it back!!

Spacious, lots of pockets, ideal for my job at the gym. I can separate my work stuff from my personal stuff with pockets and compartments to spare. My whole little boombox fits inside the main compartment with leftover room for spare clothes and a towel. I keep my gym gloves separate so I can grab them quickly and they don't get lost. My phone and headphones go in another pocket so they are easily accessible and don't get tangled. My makeup and shower stuff gets its own other compartment and there is still one more zippered pocket left for whatever else I need. This should give you an idea of what you can fit in there. The only thing is there isn't a great place to put your water bottle, especially if you have a big one. But the straps are durable and I get compliments on the look of the design all the time. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I got this little bag for my niece who is turning 11. Her mom told me she needed a bag for dance, so I got her this with a waterbottle, and got the bag embroidered with her favorite band's logo and her initials. No word on whether or not she likes it yet - her birthday is still a week away, but it turned out SUPER cute IMO. The size is not to small and not too big - great for a youngster like her. It has several pockets, but not too many that you won't remember where you put your stuff. When I finally decided on this bag, I was a little disappointed that it didn't have a liner on the inside, but after seeing it, that worry was gone. It has almost like a rubbery film on the inside of the bag to help keep it from weathering, and I didn't realize the pockets on both sides had mesh on the inside, so it's kind of open to the main bag compartment. Pretty cool - unless you don't want your stinky stuff mixing with your clean stuff! I read that many people complained about the smell, but I didn't think it was particularly strong... it's a bag, people. Sometimes things just need to air out a bit. The reason I gave it four instead of five stars though was because the pink zipper material that goes around the main compartment looks like some black dye bled onto it. In the scheme of things, it really wasn't that big of a deal, so I kept it and didn't return it, but just wanted to give full disclosure here. All in all, I would order again - heck I might even get one for myself as a little gym bag - other reviewers said that they fit in lockers perfectly!

This bag was poorly made. When I received the bag the stitching was coming undone. Very dissatisfied.

Nice. Cute. Lots of space. But it really hurts my back. Not the most comfy thing in the world.

it smelled like plastic but that's usual for something new. This duffel was great, works perfectly and so far has maintained its sturdiness with my 8 year old traveling for the past month with it. Between throwing it into cars, on the floor and swinging it around, it has stayed great. Would buy it again in a heartbeat. its just big enough for her, or for a shoe bag for a woman traveling with it.

Received my bag a wk before flying to St. Petersburg, FL. I read complaints abt the smell and there is nothing a little airing out, febreeze, and bath & body spray won't do because in a day or so the smell was gone. I was able to fit 5 pairs of shoes [two of which were heels], my underwear, make-up, accessories, my curling iron, some clothing and other things here and there without over-stuffing or it being too heavy. I love this bag and it matched perfectly with my hot pink suitcase, happy I purchased it despite what others have said...
