Great Tape
Fast release is the only way to go. I bowl 4 times a week (avg 190) and this helps with friction burns. Definitely needs some slide powder for the nice release. Only con is the residue it leaves on my fingers.

The sticking ability on this tape is fantastic, the size is perfect for a bigger thumb, but it will wrap nicely, very good product!
