Men's Compression Shirt Undershirt Slimming Tank Top Workout Vest Abs Abdomen Slim Body Shaper

I bought this shirt to help squeeze the extra pounds I put on, instead of taking off, before both of my sons weddings which were just a month apart. My wife and I had vowed we would lose the weight and we ended up just doing the opposite! This shirt does excellent compression. I realize you have to buy the correct size to make it work the way you expect. I am 62yo, 6'5", and weigh 260lbs. I have a lean muscular build but carry the 'ol spare tire too. I bought the XXL and it really puts the squeeze on! It is not uncomfortable; but you will feel that 'ahhh' when you take it off at the end of the night. Here is where I got some extra benefit from this compression shirt; I had gallbladder surgery two days ago. While in recovery, I found that whenever I moved I needed to support my gut because I felt like it was going to rip open. My incisions, four of them, are each about 1" - 1.25" long and look like a perforated line just above my belly button. One in particular is more uncomfortable than the others. Anyway, I told the nurses that when I got home I was going to either wrap my gut or wear a compression shirt to hold my gut in and up. They ended up having a solution in the form of this huge wrap around girdle like thing with velcro. It took both of them to get it on me. I wore that for the entire day and then switched to this compression shirt. The difference was amazing! The compression shirt is more comfortable and a LOT easier to get on. I can move around very well and with a LOT LESS pain! WIN!

I'm pretty happy with this shirt after wearing it a few days. If you're considering this kind of compression, go ahead and give it a try! It's breathable and comfortable and makes me feel and look more like a normal "big guy" instead of a big sloppy mess. 🤔 A few questions I had before ordering: - I worried that the bands across the stomach were meant to look like fake abs, but they're actually just stretch panels and don't end up looking like the photos. The "abs" are just differences in the fabric stitching and they flatten across your stomach. - The neck of the t-shirt is low enough that it doesn't choke you, but will still show if your overshirt is cut low or if you're wearing a button-up. - The sleeves on the t-shirt stretch about 7 inches down my bicep, so they might show under a very short-sleeved shirt, but will stay hidden under most short sleeves. - Both the sleeves and the bottom hem stay in place well and do not roll up. - The shirt is normal length and probably long enough that it might stay under your waistband, but not really tucked in. 👕 Size and Fit: It will look funny when it arrives because it is so small, but the fabric easily stretches in every direction, so you will still fit into it. I ordered by following the size chart they provided based on my chest measurement, and even though I was at the upper range, I could probably still fit into one more size down for even more compression. It's easier to put on than other tight undershirts I've tried to wear in the past. To put it on, I suggest putting your arms all the way into the sleeves first to make sure they aren't twisted and that the shoulder seam is on top of your shoulder, then put the shirt over your head, making sure the back bottom stays on the outside so you can reach around and pull it down. If the bottom of the shirt rolls up under itself when you put it on, things will be much more difficult!

Look at my photos with and without and make your own judgements on this product's results. Overall, I'd have to say that this gives you about 20% slimming. I kind of hoped that I'd go from 'Dad bod' to Daniel Craig in Casino Royale thanks to this product ... but that was wishful thinking. Basically, it smooths out the chest area a bit (something 4 sets of 25 push-ups per day would do for free) and doesn't do too much for the midsection except maybe smooth out the love handles a bit. Under a dress shirt, it will trim things up a bit but by no means will this take you from chubby to svelte. One thing that was super confusing for me is the sizing. It says 'Order your normal size' but then says the tag size XXL is actually a XL. So, do I order XXL tag size, which is XL? ... or do I order a tag size of XL which says its a Large? It's almost like a riddle. I ordered tag size XXL (which it says is XL) based on other reviews saying it was incredibly tight to the point of discomfort. I am 6'4 and 230 lbs. Not fat ... more dad bod ... former football player who likes burgers more than 7 day per week gym time these days. The shirt is not overly tight. If I had it to do over, I may have also tried the XL tag size to see the difference. The shirt feels like an Under Armour sports compression shirt that you'd wear under a uniform. It isn't uncomfortable to wear necessarily. However, I did wear it under a tuxedo to a function and the room was slightly warm (75 degrees) and I felt like I was overheating. For those who wear this in warmer climates, it will raise your body temperature under a suit to the point where you'll sweat. The material is soft and feels like tight workout gear but after a while, my skin started to itch a bit. I think its because the shirt compresses your body hair with is what is itchy. It wasn't terrible ... but I couldn't wait to take the shirt off after wearing it for 4 hours. One other thing is that I'd like a v-neck version or scoop neck which wouldn't show under a button up shirt with no tie. The last thing I will mention is that the shirt was pleasantly long enough for me in that it tucked in easily. As others have mentioned, it began to ride up a bit above the pants waist band. By the end of the night, I feel like I had a bit of a muffin top above my pants because the shirt formed a little spillover ridge against my pants. I think there is no avoiding this with compression material. Overall, check out the before/after photos and the photo of the shirt on top of my normal sized shirt (XL) to see the XXL. I am going to order a size down just to see if I will get the miracle results I had hoped for but I am thinking based on the comfort of this size, I'll stick with the XXL tag size, which is XL. There is no substitute for diet and gym time ... but I am happy about a 20% smoothing of some of my chubbiness for twenty bucks which is only a few dollars more than a designer brand undershirt.

It doesn't change your size or shape, just keeps it from jiggling. No help with back support felt by me. Seems well made and size chart was accurate.

So this was my first time purchasing this product, and I was a little confused with the sizing. So I'm 5' 11", 244lbs, and I wear XL in my normal shirts. I bought two sizes up like everyone recommended, so 3XL. First impressions are that this compression shirt is thicker and heavier than I thought. (I guess it would have to be for the heavy lifting it has to do.) I could get into the shirt comfortably enough. If I had blindly just bought an XL (my normal size), it would have been a struggle to get into and uncomfortable to wear for a full day. It smooths out bulges and gives your body a neater appearance in your shirts. It isn't a magic product, be realistic with your expectations. This is a great quality product and I will be purchasing a few more for business and work functions as well as the gym for a confidence boost. I highly recommend!

My husband lives by these tshirts. He's a bigger guy that has lost weight and appreciates the compression they offer under his work shirts. He carries most of his weight in his belly and makes him more confident and they stay put and do NOT roll up in front/back as he wears them. They do tend to be a little warm but he claims well worth it. I recommend sizing down if between 2 sizes. He wears a XL and I buy these in Large.

I ordered a medium and a large. I'm 5'8" around 185-190lbs Tried the large first since its my first compression shirt. I was pleasantly surprised how well it moved everything to the right place. I had an instant confidence boost while I tried on some shirts I already own over it. I tried the medium the next day and it gave an even better appearance. The main thing to consider is your own personal level of comfort while wearing a compression shirt like this. Large for me is more comfortable but the medium offered more compression in target areas. I wore it to work under my clothes and I felt much more confident all day. I usually wear a polo shirt to work and the compression shirt was very hard to see. But lots of guys wear an undershirt anyway, so I didn't really care. The seams on the arms are what show the most. I have semi-muscular arms so they tend to pull back towards my armpit. Eventually I just left them alone and it gave my arms a more toned look. This is not a miracle shirt and won't help you lose weight. I am working out regularly and what these shirts do is let you see what you're working towards. I was very self conscious because I was losing weight faster than I was toning muscle. I don't have that problem anymore thanks to these shirts. Hopefully one day I won't need them anymore but until then, I'm sure glad they exist!

Just elastic Nothing change

I really like the product overall. Fits my arms and upper chest very well! The only thing being if I am quite active the belly area can roll up, but that's with me ONLY wearing this shirt and not under anything else. Haven't tried while at work/university/etc. Product feels comfortable, but maybe try washing before first use, because I feel like that would relieve some of the slight "pinching" feelings of first wearing it. Going to update this as needed, but this definitely provided me with what I was looking for. I can't be too mad about it rolling up at times, since my current body size is quite large because of my current sedentary lifestyle due to university. But I am quite muscly in my upper body, so it's quite an awkward shape regardless, so I think it's managing very well in that respect! Also REALLY helps to manage breast movement and discomfort associated with gynecomastia! Which was my main reason for looking these up anyway. So until I need to update, I fully support the purchase of these!
