Over the years, this has been our favorite mailbox. It is sturdy and durable. Perfect size. Flag goes up easily and stays in place. The best part is that it closes tightly and secure. Door is never hanging open. Mail stays dry.

This should be the last mailbox this house will ever need! Very thick metal, paint is solid, rivets are stainless and the door has a neodynium magnet! BRILLIANT! Can't wait for the neighbors reactions!

Solid mailbox and installed with a mounting plate, which made it super easy to install. Bigger than my last mailbox, as I don't get my mail daily. Love the red bottom.

Heavy Heavy Duty , not Easily Damaged ( 2nd 1 but this time a Snow Plow got it ) still in 1 piece but couldn't open the door for mail Delivery . Built right ! Mounted on a Concrete Post was able to withstand Vehicle Sideswipes , Baseball Bats & Tree Limbs but not the 6 wheeled Plow Trucks ( lol ) Able to bend back for Function but too many creases in the Side that look like it's from WW2 so I'm Replacing it with the exact 1 ( had Original for 20 years ! )

Gorgeous! It's like a work of art. Sturdy, solid, clean. Great size. Strong magnet. Precision door closure and smooth flag operation. Even our 11-year old was wow'd (she loves the red floor interior!).

The mailbox is robust as advertised. There was a glob of paint on the edge by the handle which didn't expose the metal so I wouldn't have even mentioned it except it is in a location that's hard to miss. Poor inspection at the factory. When I ordered it I was concerned about the weight but that wasn't a problem. Videos showed children and adults pulling hard to open it but that also is not the case. Outside of the paint glob, and the high price, it seems to be a very good mailbox. Time will tell.

High quality, nicely designed, thick steel mailbox. Installed as expected and I believe it will last a long time. Well worth the extra money over plastic options.

My old smaler size mailbox needed to be replaced and I wanted a little larger box to handle magazines. The extra 1 1/2" in size makes a huge difference and since my box is mounted with my neighbor's box, he wanted me to get order one for him also. Now we both have equal size boxes. Looks to be good quality. It took some effort to mount the new boxes because the original post was not initially built for it. This is not the fault of the box, but we got it done.

Pros: - Very solid build. - Pewter color is the best. Sparkles :) - Magnet door is the way to go. - Perfect size Cons: - I see what the negative reviews are saying. The door does grind against one side a little. Quality control. - Also the rivets holding the door are not the most stable. I think it will still last a long time but bolts would have been better. - I don't mind the weight but it is heavy if that matters to you. Conclusion: Don't expect a perfect product but it is solid. Worth getting on a discount.
