Chistorra Dry, Spanish Dry Chorizo Style - 7 oz

My second time ordering it. Very tasty and useful in lots of dishes. I love this style of Chorizo.

Most of the chistorras were delicious and cooked up beautifully, but one was clearly not properly cured. It didn’t sear correctly, crumbled while cooking, and the flavor was off. Unfortunately, the inconsistency was disappointing.

Product as advertised but I didn’t care for the flavor. The recipe I was using was probably calling for uncured sausage spicier than this

Absolutely delicious dry Spanish chorizo. I made a large pot of caldo gallego and used this chorizo in the soup sliced and small rings and it added so much flavor to the soup everyone wanted seconds. I will get this again and again because it was so flavorful. Obviously it's made with very high quality ingredients and it was a pretty good value for the money

Great taste. Rich in flavor. My family love it.

To thing and a little dry the best use was arroz con chorizo had to use the 4 for a cup and 1/2 rice
