The stick is light and the roller feels good on my legs. Seems like it's really working my leg muscles.

I have had a knot in my quad for so long & this right hereeeee is so much more effective then a foam roller. I have tried the massage guns to target and it usually ends up hurting and tender, but with this I’m able to control the pressure. What a life saver. Wow. This is exactly what I needed. My quads and calf muscles were so tight and tense last week from my long runs so I decided to try this. After the first night of massaging, my run was so much better the next day and I physically felt the muscles more relaxed during my run. Then I used it again the next night and all the knots have been completely relaxed in my quads and calf muscles. I'm beyond impressed. Would highly recommend. :-)
