Amazon Basics Stainless Steel, Recycle Rectangular Dustbin with Two Interior Bins, 40 Litre Total, 25+15L, Satin

I was looking for a twin bin for my Kitchen and this seemed to fit the bill. The inside is split in two bins each with basket one is 25l and the other 15L. I Have used the larger part 25l for recycling and the smaller 15l for the normal rubbish and this works well for me. The bins are big enough as although small in circumference they are tall which may be a slight issue for some finding liner bags. I use a 50l bag for the large bin and a 30l bag for the smaller and it’s ok. The bin is quite sturdy and well made. It has handles each side in case you need to move it and the inside bins have a small handle not a metal as in most bins. The stainless steel is not shinny so doesn’t show marks which is nice. The lid is slow closing so you don’t get a bang on final closing. Mechanism and foot plate seem ok. I will have to wait to see if lasts but so far, worth the money looks great and practical.

Great quality bin, was quite expensive but I looked around at quite a few and they're all similar prices so don't let that put you off. Well packaged and not damaged at all. It's a good shiny metal and doesn't seem to water mark much at all or attract much dust, it always looks clean. Good size bins, one side is bigger than the other. I chose to use the larger side for recycling as I usually have more, and the smaller side for rubbish. Doesn't bother me as I'd rather take the rubbish out more often so it doesn't smell. The compartments are easy to take out so you can take the recycling outside in it. The lid keeps shut well and you can't smell the rubbish. It also is soft close so it doesn't bang which is good. Overall it's great and I would definitely recommend.

Ideal size as I don't like emptying the bin daily also it helps me to recycle with the 2 separate bin sections, this capacity could work for a small family too. Appears sturdy and easy to clean plus I think the quiet close feature will improve with the correct size/style liners, good size pedal to operate, hope it remains scratch free. Dissapointing a bin of this price doesn't have proper handles to lift the containers out easily when emptying. Some liners to start you off would've been helpful too. Pleasing, simple styling, fingermark free stainless finish, compliments other stainless in my kitchen, looks stylish for a bin! I researched thoroughly and usually shop at John Lewis but decided Amazon offered enormous choice and price range and this one fitted the bill perfectly, time will tell, my previous Brabantias lasted around 10 years each...

Handy compartments and good that the recycling section is larger.

Needed a new bin as the old one broke. Opted for a dual bin to use for recycling and kitchen waste. This one was best in terms of value. Neither too big nor too small and it looks great. We use the larger of the two containers for recycling waste and the smaller one for kitchen waste. The stainless steel finish seems resistant to finger marks and the soft close lid is a nice touch

We measured our space for this bin and it fitted perfectly, it fairly big for a small kitchen. We have an average size kitchen & it’s an ideal size, any small & we have to empty it every day. Made from good quality materials & is solid. Ho, the brushed aluminium finish is excellent!

Bit bigger than wee thought but looks good and very sturdy, wipes clean

I've been looking for a new bin for a while, and after reading some reviews here, I pulled the trigger on this one. It's a cool looking, well constructed bin. With the perfect size for a medium/big kitchen. Easy to clean. Totally recommended 👌

Es muy bonita, tiene un buen diseño. La tapa se cierra lentamente sin ruido ni golpes ni nada. Es amplia y cabe mucha basura, como en una normal. La recomiendo

Pattumiera rettangolare Amazon Basic da 40 litri, due scomparti 25litri + 15 litri e chiusura silenziosa ammortizzata. Il prodotto arriva in una super confezione di cartone molto robusto e con inserti in polistirolo all’interno posizionati a protezione. Al primo impatto la pattumiera mi ha dato un effetto di serietà e robustezza. In genere nel tempo i prodotti Amazon Basic raramente mi hanno deluso infatti, questa pattumiera mi soddisfa molto. La struttura in metallo colore argento, ha un contenitore di plastica che a sua volta contiene i due scomparti da 25 e da 15 litri con maniglie per il sollevamento e la pulizia interna. La base in plastica è protettiva. Lo scomparto da 15 litri ha l'imboccatura piccola, forse erano più pratici da usare due scomparti da 20 litri. Ha un ampio pedale per l’apertura, la chiusura è ammortizzata e il coperchio è solido. Per il suo spostamento ha un incavo per lato, protetto da un inserto in plastica. Secondo me, il costo a prezzo pieno è un po' alto. Spero di essere stato Utile.

Deze besteld voor mijn schoonmoeder van 80 jaar. Het artikel is degelijk en goed. Ook de verpakking was erg stevig.

stabile und elegante Ausführung, vernünftiger Tret- und Deckelmechanismus, ausreichend große Innenbehälter, bequem zu entleeren, Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Was will man mehr? Endlich mal ein vernünftiger Abfalleimer.
