Q: i have axle bar, can the power rack hold more than 800 pounds ?

I am not sure if it can but I would say if I was looking to move around that kind of weight I would look into a more sturdy rack that weighs more and has the ability to be bolted down if needed. This rack moves around even when using 200lbs and while nothing has been dented the few times I have dropped weights on it I think 800+ lbs might cause some damage to the safety bars in my opinion.

Q: whats the weight capacity it can hold?

I had 530 lbs on the rack already. I would not go over 600lbs, The rack was strong and sturdy with no problems with the weight I had, I am a olympic lifter in the masters, This power rack is perfect for me.

Q: Is there any knurling on the pullup bar?

Yes, there is knurling that spans regular to wide grip on the pull-up bar.
