This is well worth it if you're struggling with PC
Used this with Rigid Ink's Polycarbonate and also Polymaker PC-Max on the Prusa Mk3 powder coated textured sheet. Worked extremely well for me, 290C on Extruder and 115C Bed when using the Rigid Ink Polycarbonate, reduced Extruder to 270C for the PC-Max. I do use a passive enclosure that really helps too. Top tip: Print yourself some replacement extruder plastics with PC-Max BEFORE attempting 290C , the Standard PETG extruder parts just soften and fail at 290C.

It just works
Using XC1 - Tried printing PC with prittstick, brim, heated chamber etc with no luck, always warping and peeling off after a few layers. Washed engineering plate well then applied Magigoo PC, again using brim, 40-50c chamber temp and it just worked, the print was stuck solid when hot. I had to leave the plate to cool down before it would release but it did cleanly. On the pricier side but you dont waste time with failed prints.

Life saver
This has saved my prints, I can guarantee that nothing worked for me until I've bought this. It's a bit expensive but if it works, it works. Thanks!

Sticky but not too
Works very well, keeps your prints secure yet makes them rasy to release without a fight. Great product that washes off your build plate with ease. So win-win in my book! 👍 #3Dprinting #EasyRelease #HappyPrinting

Works for me
Im using Polymaker Polymax on PEI printbed. It was either not sticking well and warping or sticking too well and damaging printbed when removed. Tried many of the normal ways to get the right amount of adhesion. For me and my setup, so far its working perfectly. 270deg hotend and 110deg bed. Lightly sanded PEI sheet. This stuff releases better when cold if you have the patience to wait.

Please read
Works ok but over prised on Amazon by a lot works as well as cheap £1 hair spray in my view there is better and cheapet options out there if you use hair spray remember pre heat your bed and spray wait till the bed is dry repeat 3 or 4 times then print you do not need to apply spray every time only when print starts to move do you reaply

Good but over priced
Works well, but massively overpriced and difficult to get a good looking first layer with PC a this lies on the bed as a thick gloop

Got the magigoo for PC because I wanted to try printing polycarbonate, initially tried printing on my bare PEI bed and it was a complete no go. My bed only gets up to 110c and the PC was not sticking at all, literally just lifting off the plate super easily and prints failed during the first layer. Followed the directions for this magigoo and started my print, got absolutely fantastic adhesion and my print came out great! It was easy to remove from the cooled bed as well. I also did not clean my bed after applying this, it helped a subsequent PETG print stick very well and no issues removing that print from the bed.

Great for PC prints. Used it with Bambulab PC-FR on P1S. Fantastic. Used it with Polymaker ASA. Wow, just wow. Almost 15h print of a large part without a single adhesion issue. And there was tension in the material. It released as soon as the build plate cooled down. The price is high, but it will last. Besides if a 500+ g PC/ASA print fails than the return will be even faster

I stayed away from these products for a long time thinking that they were just glorified glue sticks but that is simply not the case. We work in an indoor, shared industrial space and required something that wasn't a spraying fumes and worked for polycarbonate. It seems expensive for the amount that you get but it actually works better than any other PVA adhesive we used before, and it does go a long way. I haven't tested how far one application goes since we rely on a high success rate for our parts but so far 5 seperate prints seemed to all succeed and stick down well. Also worked for pla but the pla adhesive they sell is have the price and probably the way to go for that material
