I gave a review on this product before I had a chance to really give it a try. I suffer from IBS. I let everything in the world bother me even though I think I have everything under control. There is a lot going on around me right now, so I figured that I would give this stuff a real try and not just a one time serving like I based my previous review on. I have only done half servings, but after doing two servings twice a day two days in a row, I have certainly felt a very calming effect with just the half doses each time. I did two servings yesterday and then since I have horrible sleeping issues, I figured that I would round the night off with a half serving about 45 minutes before bedtime. Apparently it rained so hard last night and my husband asked if it had woken me up it was so loud. My response was, it rained last night? I did not hear a thing and I was dead to the world and slept like a baby all night long!! I guess my review is that it works and I have to say that I have felt very relaxed after taking it. It is a winner for sure and makes me feel really good and calm. I hope that it continues to work as well for me. Stress is my number one problem and maybe this will help keep it at bay.

My husband takes this every night before bed and early mornings if he wants to relax and sleep in a little. I take it sometimes especially if I feel tense before bed and it works pretty well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have a friend who uses this and swears by it. I also read the reviews carefully, so I know it works for most people. I'm a difficult case, though. It just didn't have much of an effect on me, even when I doubled the dosage. I don't think there's anything wrong with the product. It's me. Nothing works.

I really liked this product and recommend it! My only complaint was the bottle was constantly leaking and the dropper also seemed to leak around the top as well, even when it was just sitting in the medicine cabinet. Wasn’t able to use the whole thing but hopefully that was just a fluke. I would consider trying it again because it did seem to help me sleep!

I have really bad insomnia, like really bad. I took Zzquil and it didn't work for me, it made me feel more out of it than actually getting any sleep. I have a hard time relaxing and switching off my brain. Tried this the first night, it was ok, didn't taste bad, went to bed, no real change (but remember I have super bad insomnia) I kept taking it as recommended, and then found myself actually feeling, the best word I can use is content?
