Are these dye free and titanium dioxide free?

Titanium Dioxide is not on the list of ingredients, and the tablet is not bright white but is red/brown. No dye is listed, but here is the list: 106 mg elemental iron, microcrystalline cellulose, pharmaceutical glaze, starch, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, sodium lauryl sulfate, silica, magnesium silicate, sodum starch glycolate, magnesium stearate. If you are concerned about Titanium Dioxide you may want to research emulsifiers and the effects on the gut.

I’m not familiar with ferritin. All I know is that this product works wonders for eliminating restless leg syndrome for me and is the one iron supplement that does cause constipation for me.
