This sight set is a solid performer for anyone looking to enhance their TC Encore pistol setup. The fiber optics are a standout feature, making target acquisition incredibly quick and easy—a real boon for precise shot placement. Installation was surprisingly straightforward, though I did find one small trick: you'll need to flip the rear sight around to access the adjustment screws. Once that minor hurdle is cleared, dialing in your aim is a breeze. Overall, I'm genuinely happy with this setup. It's a noticeable improvement that makes a real difference at the range.

I got this product years ago and I'm just now reviewing it. I put these truglo sites on a Howa 1500 in .375 Ruger caliber. For those of you that don't know anything about guns it's a high-powered medium bore cartridge and The recoil is bordering uncomfortable...meaning it kicks like hell!! But, just like me, these sites take the punishment and keep on going. On some fiber optic sites I've lost plenty of light pipes but I've never lost a light pipe on a TruGlow product. Great sites you can put them on anything muzzleloader or centerfire rifle. They make plenty of shotgun sights too but these are rifle sites so I'm only talking about them now. My complete opinion is that these are great sight and I highly recommend them.

Fit the gun well . Easy to install . Bore sited them in . Have not shot the gun yet. They look nice

Tried to mount and the pin for the front sight wouldn’t fit. Screw kept coming lose after trying to hammer in the pin. Rear sight was alright, but no screws included secured the sights. Great idea, bad manufacturing. Didn’t have a problem with Tru Glo until now. Waste of money.

Great sight

Great result with a moderate difficult installation. My eyesight could no longer find the front iron sight of my Hawken replica. Did not want to go the scope route for this replication of an early American percussion cap rifle but I still wanted to use the muzzle loader. These true glow helped solve the problem by providing an illuminated front sight in low light dusk and dawn whitetail hunting. Installation on the Hawken was straightforward except that the instructions called for a different machine screw for the Thomsen Center Hawken for the front sight. I ended up using a different screw and different screw hole for the front sight. I also added Loctite red to all screws (not part of the provided installation instructions. The instructions state "one of two screws may be used to mount the rear site". On the Hawken, only one screw lines up so that was the default for my install. The result yields a replica firearm that maintains the look and feel of the original iron sights.

I used this kit to replace the missing rear sight on a Rossi Circuit Judge. The rear sight base diameter is a little too large, but I used some high strength black silicone when mounting to make it more solid. The rear sight notch is really too small, so I used the round peep sight instead. I kept the original front sight on the rifle, which has a larger, easier to see red dot, so this works okay. In my opinion, the red and green dots are too small in diameter, and if it weren't for the round peep sight I probably would not have used this at all. On the positive side, the parts are made of metal, and are generally good in quality other than the above.

Can't miss with this. I bought these for a scoped .22 Crossman Nitro Venom that did not come with open sights. I was having a heck of a time adjusting the scope as the range would change, and the slight kick of the gun kept messing with it. I hated shooting this gun. Those problems are gone with these sights, once I dialed them in at 25 yards I can get within a square inch of my target at 50 yards and 10 yards. No more fiddling around, I can't miss now. I did not use the supplied mounting hardware as my rifle was not tapped for them. I instead used some good ole J-B Weld 8276 KwikWeld Quick Setting Steel Reinforced Epoxy - 2 oz which worked very well, the curve of the rear sight match up perfectly, the front sight wasn't quite as well matched to my small barrel but the JB weld made a good filler to fix that. Couldn't be happier with the results, and now I enjoy shooting this rifle.

I bought this item to enhance the plain open sights on my CZ supermatch. It fits nicely 👌😎 not perfect but near. With a little epoxy in addition to the retaining screws it should hold nicely. The fibres are bright and beautiful 😍✨
