I love this product for a number of reasons. Most importantly it's really helping my plantar fasciitis because I'm getting a great calf stretch I couldn't get on my own. Plantar fasciitis is very painful and if I don't get a good calf stretch multiple times per day it will never go away. I really like the little ledge for my heel because it stops my foot from sliding off the board. Also, because it's light weight it's much more portable than the heavy wooden stretchers, but it's still a very sturdy product. In addition it's much less expensive than the wooden stretchers and even other plastic calf stretchers. As soon as it was delivered and I tried it out I went ahead and bought 2 more to keep them in different rooms in my house. I included a picture of the aqua stretcher, which I keep in my bedroom. It's the brighter and prettier color. But I also wanted to show a picture of the brown stretcher. I have 2 of these, one in my foyer and one in my living room. The reason I like the brown one is it blends well in rooms where I don't want to highlight that I have a calf stretcher, especially in more formal rooms. It looks especially good in rooms that have wooden furniture in them. I keep a pair of slippers on each stretcher because the little ledge that stops my foot from sliding off can hurt a bit at the heel if I stretch with bare feet. Overall this is a great product!!

Sturdy and very efficient. Portable & easy to store. Highly suggest

I want to like this more than I do. It is very easy to fold flat to store, then set up to use, for multiple angles. But it looks and feels flimsy. It claims a much higher weight capacity than I'm going to put on it, so I'm taking that on faith that it's not going to crack. I can't imagine a person with large feet being comfortable using it; it's very small. I'm grateful for my size 7.5 feet. It could stand to have its base be a bit wider than the platform area, perhaps, so it would feel less tippy. I position it near something to steady myself, because there are small movements in stepping on and off that are disconcerting.

This is a good product. My calves/ankles are so tight. This stretches out my calves so well, so intensely. I stand on it a few times a day and do some other mobility exercises/stretches. Stiff ankles/tight calves can cause knee problems, which is what drew me to this little device. I do feel like it's helping. It's sturdy and a good price. I can only use it on the first and second settings. The other are way too intense for me at this point in time. I'll continue to use this daily. I recommend this slant board.

It feels so good on my ankles and knees and light enough to take to work and bring back home every day. Super!

Feels so good after a long dance day

This is to have thick foam pieces where your heel would be positioned. One was missing and then I found it attached to the instructions. The backs of these have industrial strength glue and this could not be removed without taking that paper with it. I had to tear it off and attach it to the heel section with tape and later will put glue on it. This should not have happened. This slant board is made of plastic and is not as sturdy as others may be. Although this works, I would look to buy a different one.

Holds your weight and stays stable, the rest is up to you. Very solid I would suggest this to anyone who wants to stretch their calves and improve on them.

C'est un bon produit pour améliorer la flexion dorsale (flexibilité de la cheville). Ca étire le tendon d'Achille et le muscle derrière le mollet. Si vous le faites tous les jours pendant plusieurs semaines vous aurez une meilleur flexion de la cheville. Très pratique si vous avez du mal à squat à cause d'une flexibilité trop faible. Le produit est en plastique donc c'est pas non plus super solide mais si vous ne faites pas 100kg+ ça devrait aller.

Good calf stretcher, I am 90kg light. People with weight over 100kg might struggle imo due to fact that the plastic board will bend.
