Does this flour specifically made for pasta make a major difference for pasta/ravioli to compare to other Antimo Caputo 00 flour like the Chef's?

This is the flour that a lot of top chefs use. I never use anything else. It's perfect for ravies!!

This 5 lbs. arrived in a clear plastic bag. I was expecting the paper packaging in the listing pic. Is it the same product?

Not only did it come repackaged in a clear plastic bag, they couldn't even spell "gnocchi" correctly. No NLEA / Nutrition Facts. Repacked by a company called Ramen Specialty Products. I threw mine away.

Some reviews say this flour is repackaged. Does this flour ship in its original sealed package as pictured? Seller please reply.

It is repackaged from much larger commercial bags not meant for households. The bag you will receive will be perfectly sealed and labeled as long as it is purchased from a reputable reseller.
