THIS BOOK IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS 10 STARS I WOULD!!! Kim Karr BRAVO!!!! this is going into my favorite lists on good reads and into my kindle also... i loved this book, NEVER PUT IT DOWN!! it was long, but I seriously did not even think about the time... I was so engrosed in this book, nothing else around me mattered... phone, cooking, cleaning, even sleeep.... whatever!!! The book is basically about a family who believes they are destined to die at the young age of 27 years old... and there are only two people left, they are brother,sister and extremely close growing up and as they get older Z aka Zachery moves to Forida and Zoey lives in NY. Zoey is what Zack calls the 'good girl' he does everything for her, yet he is a hopeless romantic, artistic very creative.. lives a more lively lifestyle than Zoey.. she is scared, reserved works at her education in psychology and is trying to finish her phd. when she gets the news that her brother, Zack was speeding on his motorcycle and crashed... she receives a message from his bf, Nate. It takes Zoey several months to make it to Florida to handle her brothers affairs. She doesn't feel she was strong enough at the time. Once she arrives and meets Nate, there is an attraction that Zoey has never felt before... she has always lived her life closed off and embrased her destiny.... this book is WILD!!! I DON'T WANT TO TELL ANYMORE, IT IS REALLY ONE OF THE KIND OF BOOKS THAT YOU REALLY MUST GO INTO NOT KNOWING TOO MUCH ABOUT IT, BECAUSE ONE 'SPOILER' COULD REALLY RUIN THE "RUSH" ONE GETS WHEN READING THIS BOOK! SO ALL I CAN SAY, THIS BOOK IS THRILLING, EXCITING, MAJOR STEAMY SEX SCENES, MIND BLOWING !! you really must read the book - I loved all the characters in this book as well... I even hate to tell you more about them, because some you don't even know about until about 70% into the book.... enough said.. GO GET IT NOW, OR HIT AMAZON KINDLE, NOOK, ECT... YOU WILL NOT REGRET!!!!!

The 27 Club definitely has a unique and engaging story line that grabs the reader and doesn't let them go till it's over. I was so wrapped up in this book I wasn't able to put it down. We meet Zoey who just turned 27 and believes in her families curse of the "27 club" where members of their family die when they are 27. She believes death is her destiny, especially after losing her brother a few months ago when he was 27. What she wasn't expecting was to meet Zach's best friend and start a whirlwind romance with him and almost forget what destiny has in store for her. I loved Nate and Zoey's story, and how much there was a push and pull with them. Zoey honestly believes her time on earth is limited, so she wants to live life and experience things she's never experienced before. She never would have had this if she hadn't met Nate when she was in Florida to pack up her brother's belongings. Nate helps Zoey try to figure out what happened with her brother, and piece together his life. Nate and Zoey both are not looking for love, but there is chemistry and a pull towards each other that they can't let go of. This pull ends up creating an amazing summer for both of them, as well as helping heal wounds from the past, and see things in a different light. I loved as a reader being able to see the feelings for these characters change between the two, but neither of them realizing they were falling head over heals for one another. Their summer definitely has a lot of ups and downs, and some unbelievably hot scenes as well! Nate and Zoey's story is original, and unique and I loved how this story ended for them. There were tears for Zach, there was realizing destiny has a plan for everyone, and sometimes it's not what you think it is, and there were some definite hot and romantic scenes. I loved the message of this book, Live Life and highly encourage everyone to read this amazing stand alone today!

I have to confess. I didn't really read the blurb of the book very closely. So this entire book was kind of like a surprise. I had no idea what was going to happen next or what characters that were going to be introduced. The 27 club is a club you really don't want to belong to. Zach and Zoey have been told by a relative that the chances of them living past 27 are pretty slim, due to a family curse. Zach is introduced to us on his 27th birthday. He decides it is time to live life to the fullest. Then we meet Zoey. She is mourning the loss of her big brother Zach. Then we meet Nate, Zach's best friend. Nate had spoken and emailed with Zoey after the death of Zach. Then when he comes home one night there is a woman in his bed. He soon discovers that it is Zoey. The attraction between Zoey and Nate is off the charts, but Nate is holding back as Zach told him to stay away from his sister. The only part I have a problem with is that Zoey and Nate didn't meet. Didn't they both go to Zach's funeral? That is the only thing that bothered me about the whole book. I am not going to say any more about the book. It will keep your interest. Is very well written and the sex scenes will have you melting into a puddle. This book is one that you want to have the time to read in one sitting. Putting this book down is not an easy thing to do and I only did after falling asleep reading it. Would I recommend this book. YES!

Great story, very different from the usual ro ace stories. Great chemistry between Nate and Zoey, their journey is sexy, hot and emotional. This is a great read!
