Very pleased with the unit. Converts voltages both ways from 110-240 and reversed. Heavy duty so you can use heaters or hair dryers. Only con is it’s huge and heavy. But that’s really a function of its capabilities, so really just a complaint that can’t be helped,

Works great! I moved to the US in 2018 and needed something to power my old UK gear (desktop computer, speaker system, etc) works like a charm! Just what I needed and very reliable!

Listen, none of us are buying another air wrap, it’s insane. This bad boy may be huge and heavy, but I’ve used it for over a month on my hair with my European adapted air wrap in the US with zero issues!

Bought it for my European expensive Jura expresso coffee machine. I got a 2000W converter for my machine which is 1400w. Was working perfectly for 11 months. It has a limited 1 year warranty. I contacted the company and I should have news in 48hres. I will put an update here. Follow up: change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars The company was quick to respond (24 hres). They offered me to buy a 3000W converter instead of 2000W and they refund me US$75.99 (the value of the 2000W converter) which is a fare deal.

I needed this for a pool heater I bought that had a European plug. Does the trick to power it but it’s trip system doesn’t always work. I had to get a separate GFCI for it because I was getting shocked sometimes while in the pool, no bueno. As long as you don’t have to use it with water - it’s probably fine.

I really like this product as a step-up/step-down for my electronics. It works with my stand-up freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, fryer, cooker and everything else that needs to be converted to the appropriate voltage, as long as I keep an eye on the maximum watts of 5000. I highly recommend it.
