Jotter Originals Fountain Pen | Classic Black Finish | Medium Nib | Blue & Black Ink

An amazing pen for the price and excellent value for money. It writes beautifully. I've got other more expensive fountain pens and this is definitely as good if not better than some of them. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Rubbish only used it once then it stoped working and fell apart

I always write with either a Parker or a BIC there’s no in between! I bought this because of two reasons really them being: The pen’s pretty cheap as it’s a classic Parker Jotter which is available in a variety of different colours & it comes with both blue & black ink so price wise it’s great. OK yes it’s lightweight as it’s made using a lot of plastic but they write perfectly well, they’re easy to grip & are smooth in every way. The second reason that I bought this is that it’s a medium nib fountain pen & most other Parker Fountain Pens are mainly fine nib which are just too fine & if you add this with the quality of paper in the modern world you basically get ripped paper beneath the nib, it’s hard or expensive to get decent paper nowadays & for those of you who still write with a pen especially a fountain pen you’ll surely have noticed this?! I do have two small issues with this Pen & they’re that there’s no feel or sound of the ink cartridge clipping in to place & you don’t want to force it as well as no one wants an ink fuelled mess if it splits using too much force & two although the ink flows from the pen it’s really thick meaning drying times a nuisance with a guarantee of ink on your writing hands resting palms edge & there’s also more of, a faster need for cartridge replacements. Overall though for its price you can’t really complain can you, it’s alright to have for a quick note or to write a letter (yes letters still exist) or for a change from a different fountain or rollerball or for a child’s first fountain pen it’d work too, basically overall it’s not a bad pen.

One of the most beautiful pens I have written with, it’s a great balanced weight, smooth and doesn’t scratch or pull on any paper. Great choice of colours, I chose black and it’s very easy to grip and doesn’t slip when writing

The plastic of this product is very flimsy. It split the first time I tried to unscrew it to get the cartridge in. Disappointed.

I have a lot of nostalgia around parker pens. Got my first parker as a hand me down from my father in my school days and since then, I am in love with these pens. Unfortunately the quality of these pens is not what it used to be. It is a good pen to write with but serious issues of longevity. For comparison, I bought a used parker 45 from ebay which is still going strong after around 40 years of use. I would be lucky if the jotter would last a few months. It is a good pen, if you consider it as a disposable option that needs replacing every few months.

Pen is cased in plastic. Hopefully it will last a bit!

Le stylo plume Parker Jotter est d'une grande qualité. La pointe glisse sur la feuille avec aisance. C'est un énorme plaisir que d'écrire avec ce stylo plume. Je suis heureux de mon achat. Le prix est abordable. La qualité est là. Il suffit d'écrire pour en être convaincu. Le rapport qualité prix est super. Je trouve le Jotter de Parker très beau.

Escreve bem mas é muito frágil. Pelo mesmo preço comprei canetas com acabamento muito melhor.
