Go with the listing dimensions. Mine (two) are enclosed inside a tennis ball machine so I can’t easily check it, but they fit perfectly within tight parameters according to sellers listing.

Is this battery comparable to genesis np7-12fr=12 volt battery?

It is kind of the same but the most important difference is the FR part...which stands for flame retardant so if you need that or if it calls for that I would stay with that.

What’s the battery life?

Depends on useage and charging schedule but I replaced mine after two years.

what is the build date of this batteries?

I bought these a couple years ago so the build date is irrelevant to you today. You will have to ask the seller.
