Very versatile little bin the tap is very easy to use and instal no tools required a simple finger pressure is all that’s needed although the tap is of a cheap standard but still very capable of its job, I’m getting on in years with health issues and needed smaller bins to replace my big barrel fermenter I ordered two and very happy

Used it four times and no cross infections ( vinegar)

Good fermenter for small batches or experiments.

The bad bit... the delivery driver played football with it and broke the tap and bruised the bucket, it was only wrapped in cling film and the driver obviously couldn't read the huge FRAGILE stickers which were over the film. I was however reimbursed but feel that the item should have been in a box (like other suppliers do). Also none of the print on the bucket has an English translation so the wording about quantities etc. is useless.. The good bit.. I did not have to send it back and refitted the handle poured boiled water in it and bought a new tap, it is still a bit bruised looking but is obviously a well made bucket as it did not split when filled after replacing the tap, I would otherwise have been happy with it..

Very disappointed with delivery of incomplete product due to missing parts. Also the product labelling was not in a language legible to the customer. My expectations were not met.
