We received yesterday and charged fully. My 7 yr old boy loves it and was over the moon with his new watch. He wore to school today and came home announcing the battery was low and it needed charging. Indeed the battery was almost empty when i looked. Not sure if its because hes been playing with it all day showing his friends or if the battery life is just genuinely terrible. I did kind of hope it would last more than 20 hours before needing recharging. It does actually have 6 not 3 games on so that was a nice suprise. Its really easy to use and intuitive for a kid. It is a little bulky but the strap does tighten for smaller wrists. Even with poor battery life it is a hit in our house.

The watch is great, my 3 year old loves it and wears it every day. It is pretty durable as he wears it to bed, to the park and everything in between. He loves to run around with it blasting “WITH GREAT POWER- COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY” which is incredibly annoying but he’s cute so whatever. My reason for 3 stars is while it’s physically seemed to hold up, it crapped the bed over the rain. I guess rain got in the speaker portion of the watch and before I even got the watch off his arm the screen went white and then it never turned on again. It sat in rice for days. The battery is soldered in so I couldn’t stop the electronics from frying. If customer service can help me possibly replace it I’d change it to 5 stars. Worth the purchase just don’t let it get near any water- yes even the rain.

Very bad experience. The product stopped working. So I called up Amazon to assist me as I had applied for extended warranty which had come with this product. Amazon refused to help as they said they do not have any extended warranty displayed for this product in their website. Very bad experience with Amazon even the person in the call centre disconnected my call and did not assist me. Do not buy such products from Amazon. They scam you

My 4 yr old grandson was so excited for this gift. As far as I can tell it works just fine. The image you see in the pics are not the screen, there is more display than the pictures show. My only disappointment was that the display case was shattered in shipping. They do not claim any water resistance and there is none. Treat it like a phone.
