It states on the packet that the rest is paraffin wax . No animal fat or palm oil.

Are these canles ok for a wax burner

They will work as long as the burner is a ceramic type

do they really float in water like pic shows

I’ve just tried one and the answer is yes. The rim is about 3 mm above the water line. So you will need to put it in water and then light it.

Are these nice and white

It’s 3 years since I last bought them but certainly at that time, yes, - I particularly liked them because of that. The clear plastic casing is so much nicer than the usual metallic type. They also lasted for ages! I personally would highly recommend them!
