Durable and suitable for high-temp environments
I needed a POE switch that could live in a waterproof enclosure subjected to 110 degree Tucson summers. This one has been absolutely solid in the cold and the heat. You just need to be comfortable hard-wiring your adapter into the supplied screw terminals. Excellent choice for powering POE remote cameras and wifi hotspots. Great value if you need a ruggedized switch.

Good in hot environments
Seems to be a good switch and handle the heat I needed it to handle. Been in my attic now for a year through summer with around 140*F temps powering 3 POE cameras and didn't fail.

Quality, works well
Nice 5 port switch. 4 of the ports support POE. You have to supply your own power supply. I used the MEAN WELL MDR-100-48 96W DIN-Rail Switching Power Supply that can be found on Amazon. I used the switch to connect a Ring Access Pro Controller 2 and a Ring Door Bell Elite button.

Misleading graphics on the page
I purchased this switch for a 24v system I'm setting up. The graphics on the product page list 12-56v for input power. However, the first page of the manual states that the TI-PE50 only accepts 48-56v input. Now I need to return the product because of this misinformation and incompatibility.
