Easy to use and very effective!!
These are great!! Easy to use and really helpful for someone with sinus or ear fluid problems! I have bought a bunch of them for different family members. It’s better not to share them, but they are inexpensive, so I can do that. They come with the salt, too, so that’s nice and you can order larger supplies from Amazon. Also, if you are fighting a cold germ, add 1/2 teaspoon of Betadine Gargle (from Amazon again) and add it to the distilled water and salt. That keeps you sinuses from being a breeding ground for those ugly germs.

THE BEEESSSTTTTT
I’m not even gonna lie—I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. The Waterpulse neti pot has been a GAME changer for me. My sinuses be acting up, especially with allergies, and this clears me out instantly without that harsh, uncomfortable feeling. It’s super easy to use, not messy, and the flow is gentle but actually effective. I can breathe better literally right after using it, and that alone sold me. I also like that it feels clean and sturdy—not cheap at all. If you deal with congestion, sinus pressure, or allergies like I do, this is definitely something you want in your routine. It just makes life easier. 💯

A great bottle I've used for years and years
I've been using this bottle for years and years. The temperature sticker is a gimmick: it doesn't work very well and it falls off anyhow. But the bottle is effective, easy-to-use, and lasts forever (just remember to disinfect it regularly). PRO TIPS: A: You can make your own neti solution very, very cheaply: 1) Buy a gallon of DISTILLED water (important that it's distilled because brain parasites can get through filters) - or you can use purified water (no additives) if you boil it first. 2) Pouring a tiny bit (like one ounce) out of the jug to make space 3) Adding 3Tbsp of kosher or pickling salt (it needs to be 100% pure salt - no iodine and no additives) 4) If you feel the need, add 1Tbsp of baking soda (but that hasn't been proven to make any functional difference) 5) Shake it up, let it sit overnight to dissolve the ingredients, and shake before each use B: Temperature takes a little experimentation. If it burns: too hot (and that can cause swelling, worsening congestion). If it aches: too cold (but that's harmless except for discomfort). To get consistent temperature, heat up the (a) same amount of room-temp solution in the (a) same mug each time and use your (c) same microwave. Use a cheap plastic funnel to pour it into the bottle without a big mess. Once you figure out exactly how long to microwave it for your optimal comfort (likely between 20-25 seconds) you can repeat that every time since you're using the same mug, same room-temperature solution, and same microwave.

Snoze Blast 3000, this isn't.
Living in the Western United States has meant dealing with horrid air quality as wildfires eat acres of land all around us. No matter which direction the wind blows, it draws a curtain of smoke. That means with every breath, we're filling our nostrils with little particles of ash and dust. It's been miserable. For a while I was using another brand's compressed-air-saline rinse, and to be fair it was working just fine. The thing was, each bottle didn't last long--and the first few uses blasted saline up my sinuses under more pressure than I was really comfortable with. Not to mention, the cost of each of those bottles was really starting to add up. Enter the Waterpulse Neti Pot. It's nothing fancy, just a plastic bottle with a J-tube attachment and a release valve, but it works surprisingly well. The idea is, you empty a packet of the included nasal salt (basically salt and baking soda) into the bottle, then add distilled water. Cap it off and allow the salt to dissolve completely. Then you turn the bottle upside down and press the end of the J-tube against a nostril. You're not jamming it up your nose, mind you--the goal is just to create a seal so the water goes up your nose rather than just blobs right back out. Then you press the button on the bottom of the bottle. All this button does is allow air into the bottle--gravity takes care of the rest. The water pours gently out, rather than blasting its way into your skull. This product remembers that it's a neti pot, not a pressure sprayer. It's actually pleasant. The water floods your chosen nostril (doesn't matter which one you choose), fills the sinus cavity, then pours out the other, unblocked, nostril. As the water pours out, it carries away pollutants, pollen, ash, dust, or whatever else with it. Once you're done, you've got yourself a pretty clean sniffer. If you've never used a neti pot before, I know what you're thinking. I can hear you say, "Sounds messy." Not if you lean forward over a sink, it isn't. In fact, that's what the included instructions tell you to do. "Do I have to hold my breath the whole time?" you may be wondering. No, you don't. You breathe through your mouth. You don't hold your breath at all. You're also not committed to doing the entire bottle in one go. My own approach is to flood one nostril and let it pour out the other for about half a bottle, then switch nostrils. Works pretty well! The end result is that you're breathing much freer. Congestion clears pretty quickly. Any dry crustiness you might have had before now blows out without much effort. Use it before bed, and you may find it easier to fall asleep without needing those sticky strips to hold your nose open. If you use Flonase, use the neti pot first so that the medicine actually contacts your sinuses--it'll work better this way. Best yet, your cost-per-use is quite small. The bottle rinses clean, and it's ready for you when next you need it. You can also buy more salt packets right here on Amazon when the included supply runs low. What's not to like?

Great for Pollen & Sinus Relief – Easy to Use
This Waterpulse Neti Pot Sinus Rinse worked exactly as described and really helped during Missouri’s pollen season. It was easy to use and came with everything needed, including the saline packets. It felt safe to use and provided instant relief. I noticed great effectiveness and lasting comfort after each use. Overall, this is a great value—especially if you’re dealing with allergies or sinus issues. I highly recommend it!

Turns Out I Wasn't Breathing. I Was Just Participating.
I bought the Waterpulse Neti Pot because my sinuses had apparently signed a long-term lease and refused to move out. The first time I used it, I followed the instructions, tilted my head, and immediately questioned every life decision that led me to voluntarily pour water into my face. Then it happened. Friends... The amount of stuff that came out of my sinuses was so shocking that I briefly considered calling an archaeologist. I swear I expelled pollen from three presidential administrations. Afterward, I took a breath so deep I accidentally discovered new oxygen. Birds sounded louder. Colors seemed brighter. I could hear a squirrel plotting something in the backyard. My nose went from "congested swamp" to "luxury air filtration system" in about 30 seconds. The bottle itself is easy to use, easy to clean, and somehow manages to turn a deeply questionable activity into something oddly satisfying. The only downside is that now when I'm congested, I know relief is only a few minutes away, which means I have no excuse to complain dramatically. Five stars. Would absolutely power-wash my face cave again. 😂👃💦

Use with Caution!!!
This works great, HOWEVER use with extreme caution and care. I must have titled my head too far and ended up pushing water into my inner ear through my nose. The pain was excruciating, and I ended up in the ER with concerns that I had perforated my eardrum. It took almost a full month for my hearing to return to normal. While it was the only thing that provided relief from my extreme congestion, it also caused a secondary problem that cost me a lot of money.
