Little Masters Tempera Paint, 16 oz Bottles, 6 Primary Colors

I was looking for an inexpensive, safe, bright paint touse with my 5 year old grandson. I remembered we used this kind of paint when I volunteered in his mom's school many years ago, and this was exactly what we needed. As you can see, we used it on cardboard. Thee colors are bright, and they were easy to use. The white required two coats, but the others all needed only one. It did take quite a while to dry, but I'm pretty sure that's true of all paint of these type. I used some cheap 1-inch brushes I found here on Amazon, and they worked well. I still have plenty left, so I will have it on hand when the next opportunity comes along.

I bought this paint to paint pumpkins with my 2 year old and his 1 year old best friend. They loved it! I saw on google to mix tempera paint with glue but I didn't do that and the pumpkins look great, this paint did not chip or fade at all. It was very easy to cover the orange pumpkin with one coat of this paint, not see through at all. It came off of hands and legs (again a 2 year old) very easily. I will say we painted the pumpkins on my drive way and 3 days later the paint is still there but hopefully if I get out there with soap and a scrub brush it will come off. I was lucky enough that by some miracle my son didn't get any on his clothing so I am not sure how it washes off clothes. The one year old did paint on my car but we got a soap paper towel and the paint came right off. Over all I was very happy with the purchase especially since the Crayola brand paint is twice this amount, I say buy this one.

Good, liquid consistency that reacted beautifully with the antacid tablets & created exceptional splattered explosions. As far as "washable", it is very easy to clean up on tables, clothes, kids. It did take a little more elbow grease to get it off the concrete in the backyard, but it did come off for the most part (the blue, red, & green left very faint stains).

I like seeing somethings made in the USA. We need to do more of this. Also this does wash off just as easy as the crayola ones if not better. It's cheap enough that I can buy it and now worry about wasting it. The grandkids and I enjoyed them so much!! There was even white so we could mix colors!!! I dropped one of the bottles. Mine did not break. I'm so glad I had a good exsperance with these. I almost didn't buy them because of the bad reviews these got. I will be buying again and again!! I waited to write this review till I could write how I felt about them. They are great!!!

Nice and bright pretty color. Washes off hands no problem. Came off in the shower without even scrubbing. Some reviews said it stains clothing. Will update on that later as my son painted my expensive handwash shirt and I've yet to see the results. Good for finger paint for sure. Will probably buy more if I ever run out. Update: my shirt is lightly stained forever now. So no, this will not wash out of clothes. It's come of everything else though. Tables, skin, the brush. Any dried paint will stain the brush though. Paint is paint though. This is excellent for my kids and I still recommend it.

So I seem to have a phobia of arts and crafts. I hate the mess, but my daughter is a total artist at heart so I wanted to let her have a painting party for her birthday. We had like 20 kids in our living room painting. You do have to wash this up quickly if you don't want it to stain. Thankfully we were working where we still have cement floors because we haven't finished tiling it yet. We now have a rainbow stain on our floor from one of the kids who dropped their paint pallet on the floor. I tried to wipe it up but it didn't totally come out. Another child stained her clothes. We tried to get it out, but didn't get to it fast enough. Another child did the same, but her mom washed her off right away with Dawn dish soap and it didn't stain. So moral of the story, wash it right away if you care about what it got on. I liked that this had the basic colors so the kids could mix them to make pinks, purples, etc.

Purchased these for the grand-kids. They painted on the concrete patio and had a blast. I didn't care as I just brought out the pressure washer and made the paint go away. You should know, it took the pressure washer to remove the paint. I'm sure eventually it would have gone away, just didn't want to wait, and this gave them a fresh pallet to paint again the next week.

I used this as body paint for an outdoor cycling event and it worked well! Lasted all day, but came off with soap. The blue left a bit of a stain after washing but it cleared within a day or two.

Goes on well with the first stroke. Perfect for window painting. Comes off very clean and easily.

My son and I have been at home for months and I needed to come up with more activities. Painting has been the latest entertainment for us and these paints have been perfect. Easy to mix, paint and clean up.

I bought this for my wife & son to paint together. It's great for kids/student purposes. Easy to clean and dries relatively quickly. The colour isn't as thick as needed if you want to do more "quality" painting projects, but it's definitely good enough for kids projects. A great value to get all these colours in one set.

I found these to be excellent, a good amount of paint, went on very easy, clean-up was easy. I dont think you can really go wrong with these. Note: The package says the paint stains, so wear play clothes when you do it. Just in case. I put a base of newspaper when I was painting, and managed to not get it on anything. I found these to be the best value for size.
