I love these! I didn't realize how much the other enzymes would make a difference. I can now even eat cream cheese! I have a pretty severe lactose intolerance, a trace amount of dairy is enough to wreck my digestion but with these I can do Mac and cheese or even Mexican food fully loaded. Highly recommended, I'll never use anything else.

Best I have found
This is the best dairy digestive I have ever used. I am very intolerant to dairy and this allows me to have yogurt and limited other dairy food. Other brands I have tried didn’t work nearly as well.

Very effective
I always thought there wasn’t enough lactaid in the world to be able to digest dairy. I’d take 10 and still have issues after small amounts of dairy. This stuff works and only needs 1-2 pills. It works 100%.

Good, better than Lactaid
This helps a lot with lactose intolerance. I think this works better than "Lactaid" brand. I usually take two with every serving of milk/cheese.
