Does this work with Switch 2 Joy-Cons?

No. This charging dock is NOT compatible with Switch 2 Joy-Cons.

Why won’t my controllers charge on the dock?

Most charging issues: use a 5V/2A USB wall adapter, fully seat the Joy-Con/Pro Controller, and don’t power the dock from the official Switch Dock USB or other low-power USB ports.

The Pro Controller light turns off—Is it broken?

No. For Pro Controller charging, the indicator may turn off when fully charged—this is normal and helps protect the battery.

Does it work with PowerA or other third-party controllers?

No. It is designed for official Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons (Switch/OLED) and the official Nintendo Switch Pro Controller only. It does NOT support PowerA or other third-party controllers, or NES controllers.

What’s included in the box? Is the power adapter included?

EASY TO USE : Just plug your switch controllers into the joycons charging dock. Note: It needs a 5V 2A Plug to supply the proper voltage. This dock should not be plugged into the Official Switch Dock via any of the USB ports.
KNOW CHARGING STATUS : When Joy-Con Controller stays in snugly, the red lights come on and start charging. When Joy-Con is fully charged, it turns green. When Switch Pro Controller is charging, the light is green. When Switch Pro Controller is fully charged, the light goes out.
