YuMOVE Senior Dog Joint Supplement, Essential Hip & Joint Support for Older Dogs with Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Green Lipped Mussel, Aged 8+, 120 Tablets, Packaging May Vary

I’ve been using these for some time now for my 10 year old pug with pug myelopathy. This is degenerative issue and is not particularly painful. On these tablets I’ve noticed she is much less stiff and does find it easier to walk around without her back legs going so much. She finds it easier to climb the stairs and has become a bit more playful with a spring in her step. She’s still stiff and wobbly when she wakes up in the morning but I have noticed her movement in the night improve; previously you left her in 1 spot and she wouldn’t move all night. Now she moves around and comes for cuddles in the night. The tablets are large but she can manage to eat them with her food, even with a lack of teeth. She doesn’t realise they’re a tablet so must smell tasty to a dog. They don’t affect her stomach at all. They do appear to be effective and for this reason I will continue to purchase.

I have been using YuMove for around 10 years for various different dogs. It seems to have helped every single one of them. First, our Golden Retriever in her golden years, it gave her another year or two of noticeable better movement, especially getting on and off the Sofa. Also for our springer spaniel, of whom had good mobility for their age into their later years (and the same for our soon to be 14 year old Cocker Spaniel!). I have recommended this product to probably over 50 dog owners (as I run a dog business), and all of whom have told me they used it continue to do so, so I would presume it has worked well for their dogs as well. All this is to say, I’d highly recommend!

A staple. Have been giving this to my furkid since she was 5. Got these for my older dog who has slowed down over the years and sometimes has joint pain They are not a miracle cure and take time but by the end of the pack my dog is much better and walking easier. When I run out it was noticeable how she stiffened up again in a couple of weeks so she is now on 1 a day Their easy to hide in food and I don't even think my dog noticed she had eaten the tablet with her food. Have not noticed any side effects apart from her willingness to go out for a walk, usually to our favourite cafe. These have had no digestive issues Would recommend

I have a ten year old saluki cross lurcher. He has been in the wars over the years with all sorts of injuries including a broken metatarsal a few years ago. He does a lot of free running in the huge National Nature Reserve where we live and it's starting to take it's toll on his joints. Around nine months ago we were walking 6 or 7 miles every day during lockdown and we noticed he was getting really stiff in his back leg. We cut the walks back massively to about 3 miles per day but it wasn't really helping, and about the same time everyone we talked to in the park seemed to be saying the same thing - "Get him on YuMove. My dog's on it and it's amazing." For some reason I waited to take the plunge (probably a mixture of cost and the fact my dog smells a tablet a mile off and I didn't fancy force feeding these YuMove tablets down his throat twice a day and really stressing him.) Anyway, about 4 weeks later I ordered a box and was prepared to wait a few weeks for a noticeable difference. I'm not joking, it was three or four days. My husband is a huge cynic and he didn't believe it was the YuMove and thought it was a mixture of coincidence, confirmation bias, skepticism - 'If they're so good why don't vets prescribe them?' (I still don't know the answer to this) and any number of other explanations. However, as the days and then weeks passed he came to agree that there is no way it could be anything other than the YuMove. Dogs can't fall for the placebo effect so it's not as if he just convinced himself that the tablets were helping! My husband is now totally sold on these tablets. There are two things I want to mention in this review - 1) Anyone who has a dog who sniffs out a tablet a mile away should be encouraged by the fact that my dog did that - I could hide tablets in sausages, cheese, salmon, anything and he'd find it and leave it. These tablets smell fishy and I crush them and mix into his raw food and he has no idea they are there and gobbles it all up. This was a massive relief to me. 2) They recommend double dose for the first four weeks, which I did, but when I dropped back to the recommended amount he started to show signs of stiffening up again so I waver between 3 and 4 tablets per day when the suggested amount is 2. I feel with the free running he does every day he needs it. If you walk your dogs round the pavements twice a day the impact on the joints is far less than a sighthound galloping like a racehorse for 90mins! So all in all I can't reommend these enough. The greatest pleasure both my dogs get are when they are running free in the park and YuMove are enabling the one to continue to do this which can only be a good thing. I promise it's not a gimmick!

This is the 1st review I’ve ever written about anything but I am so pleased with the effect these tablets have had on my dog that having read some poor reviews I feel I just have to share my experience. I have a 4 year old Boxer dog who was really suffering from a progressively worsening limp from a problem in his front left shoulder area. My vet was unable to identify the problem and to be honest I felt was more interested in selling me more and more various pain killers (Metacam caused upset stomach). A dog breeder who lives down the road from me suggested these Yumove tablets. I am one of life’s sceptics and don’t really believe in non medicinal treatments but because my dog was just not the playful dog I knew and loved I gave them a go. I was warned that it would take about six weeks for them to work. I have been giving him 4 tablets a day, 2 after each meal, and we are now into week 9. The difference in my dog really is amazing. I pray that I’m not jumping the gun or tempting fate but his very bad limp has gone. There is no nodding of his head as he struggles to walk, he’s stopped lagging behind on what were curtailed walks, and he is back to his old boisterous and playful self. It’s really like he’s a new dog. I am just so happy as undoubtedly he is too. The tablets themselves are easy to administer as he takes them out of my hand just as if they’re treats. I accept from other reviews that they appear not to be suitable for all dogs but for me and my dog they’ve so far been absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend trying them enough, just be patient for them to show any effectiveness. Whilst they are not cheap, it costs me £33 a month, they are worth their weight in gold. I’m on my fourth pack of 120 tablets and have just noticed you can buy 240 at a slightly cheaper price so I will move onto that next order. In closing I cannot recommend them highly enough, I just hope they work as well for others as they have done for me and my dog. Good luck. Our elderly dog can barely walk due to the pain she feels and this helps with it so much we see her even run at times these just make her happy and it brings a smile

Dogs love em. Don’t have to hide them in anything for them to take em. They eat em like treats. Are they doing what they’re suppose to? I don’t know, maybe, dogs can’t tell me but they like them and it makes me feel like I’m doing my part. Could be a waste of money for all I know but on the off chance they’re doing what they’re suppose to do, I’ll take it and you can have my money.

A definite aid to our 12 year old Golden Retrievers mobility.

This is my second time purchasing these tablets. Yes they do work for your dog when they have joint problems. I have a Rottweiler who is 10 and he has back leg problems and I noticed after a week of taking these three times a day I seen an improvement. The best improvement was when he was on them for a month But like humans they get fed up taking them and it’s hard to get him to take them as they are a big tablet and he can see them in his food even when you hide them
