Does this pillow crush the side of your face when sleeping on your side? I had a similarly shaped one that caused permanent sleep lines on my face

No, i typically sleep on my right side and it cradles my neck perfectly but gives enough where my face isn’t squished. The part that supports your neck is dipped down some at the base of the pillow and in the middle of the support roll so it doesn’t suffocate ya.

So it doesnt fluff up like the pictures? Mine has been sitting for hours and its still flat

Mine was hardly flat when it arrived. I'd send it back and ask for a replacement.

Is it good for use with a full face cpap mask?

I am a CPAP user as well and is works fine with it. The pillow is quite firm but that’s another matter.

How does this pillow support side sleepers?

I am a side sleeper, but bought this pillow to help train me to sleep on my back while recovering from hip surgery, which is working well. Every now and then, though, I do revert back to sleeping on my side, and this pillow is very comfortable, almost comfortING, in that position as well. The side contours supports your forearm that might usually be under the scrunched up pillow, and what is labeled in their listing as the "shoulder support," actually cradles the side of the face nicely when you lay on your side. The neck support is the same whether sleeping on your back or on your side. Hope this helps. I'm not at all disappointed that I purchased this pillow.
