Accurate and simple to use
Current price at time of writing is now about £18 and that is still excellent value for money IMHO. This device is accurate enough for non-critical engineering applications that don't require precise setting. To test I set my angle vice to 30deg as accurately as possible using its vernier scale and, after calibration, this angle finder read 30.06deg. For anything better I would need to use an angle block + DTI or a sine bar. It offers a few extra measurement options but frankly I don't need them, I just want a quick and simple way for measuring angles and this tool does that well. I don't believe other models which cost double (and more) offer any more accuracy and even if they did (and it could only be a modest improvement given the similar design and electronic components used) that would still not be good enough for critical jobs like e.g., machining dovetails, so this one is a good compromise. Zero point then in spending more in the hope of getting more accuracy. The alloy body is of course going to be subject to wear but any dings causing a burr to be thrown up can be carefully taken off, but better to make sure you don't knock it about in the first place.

Superb
At c. £15 this unit sits below centre (price-wise) of a wide range of box-shaped digital inclinometers sharing a common form factor of just over 2" square by 1" thick. They are also sometimes described as digital level boxes or digital protractors. Other than a few specialist items (up to £700), prices generally range from £8 to £25. This particular model also appears to be marketted as Accumaster (in US) and Neotek - and possibly others. Despite its keen pricing, it is more feature rich than most of its competitors in having an enhanced visual tilt indicator, hold function, absolute/relative measurement, and extended measurement selection. The tilt indicator shows the angle direction (ie. slope up/down) more clearly than the small arrows on many other units. The measurement can cycled through degrees, slope percentage, mm/mtr or ins/ft. Accuracy is quoted as better than 0.2 degree (0.1 degree at zero or 90 degrees) and in use has performed consistently well. It is also possible to recalibrate easily and quickly should it ever be necessary. The main body is milled from aluminium and is very solid, but the front and rear faces are plastic, although that shouldn't present a problem as it is the (aluminium) edge that needs to remain true for measurement. A small wallet with belt loop is also included, but is probably of little use to most as this is likely to be a toolbox item. Batteries (2x AAA) are not supplied but fit fairly easily although a fine crosshead driver is needed to remove the battery cover (three screws) to fit them. This is to ensure mositure protection (to IP54) as the capacitive sensors used in these devices are very easily and permanently damaged by moisture. Not all similar units are IP rated and gasket protected, so beware. The base has strong magnets to allow fastening to any ferrous object, and when tilted significantly will helpfully inverty its display to make for easier reading. Highly recommended.

Accurate and effective.
This little device is invaluable in setting up table saws. It is always difficult to get the exact angle and when cutting mitres for carpentry work half a degree or so out can make a big difference. This little device makes the setting up a quick and simple job with no need for guess work or trial cuts. Just set the level to zero on your saw and then on to the blade to set it accurately first time. It’s obviously not limited to this and it’s so accurate I use it on just about anything that needs accurate levelling. Not only is it accurate it’s also very competitively priced, an absolute bargain. Highly recommended.

Excellent- to a degree...
So simple to use and adjust. Magnetic strength is good I often use to check the angles of my mitre saw. Clear display.

Great product
Good value and works well

Good features, good price, room for minor improvement.
As other reviewers have stated this product has better more features than similar devices that sell for more. Its not THE cheapest but offers best value for money imho. UK supplier also means delivery was quick. If I could change a few things about it I'd make the surround of the case metal (I stick it to brake discs to measure camber angles and it scratches easily) and I'd also put a magnet on 2 sides since it will measure vertically and horizontally but for some reason the magnet is on the bottom edge only. To measure a vertical surface you have to hold it in place.

Vediamo come andrà a finire Aggiornamento: rimborso arrivato 👍🏻
