I want to measure the frequency of a stroboscopic light device. The device can strobe from .0hz to 200hz. Is this the right oscilloscope for the job?

This can certainly handle the frequency range. So should be perfectly capable of doing what you want.

What is the warranty on the 1202Z-E?

I looked at the Rigol uk site, not clear. They do offer service, I would expect Amazon /Rigol to have 1 year warranty.

From the pictures it appears that some of the on screen icons do not line up with the buttons, can anyone shed any light on this?

Hi I think it is the angle the picture is taken from. As the icons in your picture are the measurement functions, there are 6 buttons and 6 icons. I have not had any problems with the icon buttons while using the scope.

Hi, all of the functions described in the product description are included free, eg memory depth up to 24Mpts, up to 30k waveforms/s capture rate, waveform FFT, serial interface decoding, etc. You should be able to search for these functions in on-line versions of the manual, and see various videos demonstrating these features.
