Need for Speed II

Hello All,I have to say that Road & Track has done a great job with the Need For Speed Series and I wish that EA could collaborate with them in the future. What I liked about Need For Speed I and II was not only was it a fun racing game, but the review of the car and company history. (Which is rare) I hope in the future Need For Speed will bring back those features because that is what make it unique from other racing games. Overall, Need For speed II was a good game at the time and it will always be one of my favorites.

I like it at all.

For an older game, my five year old likes it just fine. He's amazed with the fancy speeding and racing cars. Keeps him entertained and keeps the PS3 games safely in the hands of the older kids. The graphics are nice for the age of the game (and system it plays with). He doesn't seem to notice very much. Owning a PS3 as well, you can certainly see a difference graphics-wise, but this was pretty much the best when I was growing up. The music seems sometimes repetitive and annoying at times. Keeping the volume down some helps here. He does like it, but he seems to wreck and be thrown around a lot when playing. Nudging a wall at high speeds is enough to send the car careening around or flying through the air.

Well, what can I say, it's an old PS one game. It used to be one of my favorite games for the original playstation and I had been trying to find a copy in town for years without any success. Sadly though I was disappointed when I finally got it. don't get me wrong, it was great shape and came fast in the mail. Everything I could hope for. The problem is just that games have come so far since the PS one day. I just didn't find any joy in playing it, not as much as I remember. Control is terrible. I am happy I was able to find it on Amazon though, otherwise it would have continuted bothering me trying to search with no success.

It can't work. Contains other content rather than Need for Speed. I'm disappointed

These old NFS games are great fun and NFS 2 was always one of my favorites. This game is for the original playstation so it's obviously not going to have the ultra realistic graphics and gameplay as the more modern games. But NFS2 makes up for it and then some with it's fun and nostalgia factor especially for those who played this one back in the day.

EA need to re-make this exciting game for ps3 or ps4 no doubt about it. they need to have hardcore NFS gamers back bring back what made NFS need for speed. not auto-log or alldrive crap 2 player racer with criterions Hotpursuit graphic is all we need.
