raydrop 1.7L Cool Mist Humidifier for Bedroom Nightstand

I bought one of these 3 years ago and I'm back to buy another one! I still have it and it still works. I haven't had any issues with cleaning it...just do it regularly. The most output is great. It's quiet. It has a little hum to it which I like and I keep it right next to me on my nightstand. If it was further away, I probably wouldn't notice it. So if you like white noise, you probably won't mind it. My son was sick so I brought it onto his room and he loves it. So here I am buying another one. 5 stars 🤩

I was skeptical of purchasing but the price was very reasonable so I purchased it despite some of the reviews. Pleasantly surprised as this little humidifier is a beast. It spews a fine mist of humidity almost like a fog consistency is the best way I can describe the output. It is a small unit but depending on the setting you select will determine if it works all night. I tried it at the very high setting and it did not last until morning. But I changed the setting to about half it did last until morning. The unit turns itself off when water runs out. I gave it 4 stars on noise level because if you are a light sleeper when the unit puts water into the base it sounds like you are pouring from a bottle going, gluck, gluck, gluck. If you can sleep thru rock n roll music you'll have no problem with the noise. I haven't cleaned it yet but looks easy enough, not a complicated unit. Not sure how long it will last but worth the price and the humidity it provides.

Ok, I don't normally write in reviews; but in this case I believe it's important to clear things up. Positives: First, the dial does adjust the amount of mist that is released. Not sure if people got defective units or not, but it works just as it should on mine. On low there is a light amount of mist and on high it really kicks it out for something so small. Second, if you think this humidifier is noisy you either have Superman ears or you got a bad unit. In fact, the loudest noise is when the water refills the basin. Other than that, it's like quiet static background noise. Negatives: The light is very bright at night, so I covered it with electrical tape. I mean, it's kind of redundant to have a light since either you see mist or you don't. But, maybe if you want to have a nightlight in the room, it works for you. Oh, and whoever designed the supposed water level viewing gauge should be fired immediately!!! It's useless! I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, simple and easily maintainable humidifier. The only thing I would change is the bright green on light or perhaps add in a UV light to kill any bacteria. I hope this helps when you are making a decision. I'd buy it again if I ever need to in the future. Sure it won't last forever!

I will be immediately voiding the warranty on this product by cutting the power cord and connecting it to a digital relay. I can then turn it on and off with a DIY u-controller, using my own software. But to do this I need the humidifier to turn back on when power is resumed. This one does that. The fine, cool threads of a mist appear quickly after turning on. This will work great for my terrarium!

This is the 3rd one of these I've purchased. They work great for tall plants. It's great to be able to adjust the mist, you only need to fill the tank every 24 hours, it's very easy to clean, and you should do that often. It's a very nice product. And you cannot hear it running at all. When you see the red light, fill it...clean it at least once a week, and you'll be perfectly happy.

It worked really well until one day I noticed a bunch of water pooled up under it. It turned out the plastic inside had cracked and it is now not usable.

Es muy práctico, dura bastante funcionando y con la opción de regular la intensidad puedes cubrir sin problema el espacio aunque no es para zonas muy grandes

Has a 2 PIN Plug so you can't even use it without an adapter. How this is being sold in the UK is ridiculous.

At first I wasn't sure about this..... it just seemed too simple somehow... but it is space saving and it runs well.... when it runs out of water the green light goes red and stops running leaving the red light to remind you to refill. I use filtered water and it looks really clean after a few months...suddenly it started to keep turning off and at 1st it seemed like it was the cord...every time I touched the cord it would go again and then stop...I was thinking really there is no reason the chord would be busted... I never touch it until it needs to be refilled and even then the chord is rarely involved cept when to plug it in...I then decided to do a quick clean to see if it would make a difference..and upon looking at it, to me looked pretty clean but ...I cleaned everything... refilled it and plugged it in... VOILA..... running as per normal again no stopping and starting and it has been a few days since....still nice and quiet....so... trick is clean it I guess, it even if you think it doesn't need it...
