Great product. Applied properly
Great product. Applied properly, which means as instructed, these pad work perfectly, so my wife says. At first it failed for her, and I emailed the company about her experience. The company responded, pointing out that they must be applied to the skin, not to the panty, and that would make all the difference. It does. If you have the need, this is the answer. We have since re-ordered.

Helpful Product
These were very helpful for an elderly relative that suffers from IBS. Easy to use and position. She did report that the adhesive irritates if used daily, as it applies to the skin, not the clothing. However, it's an excellent tool to provide a bit of security when needed.

Horrible, tiny wing thingy
This is the worst panty liner I tried to prevent pupu streaks. It it way too small, hard to place and uncomfortable to wear between my cheeks. The adhesive tried to stick the two checks together, got in my hair and pulls when I walk. This is a poor excuse for a liner. It is a gimmick product, sounds good but doesn't work well. The size of the target area is about the size of a silver dollar or less. Worth 0 stars but gets one as the lowest possible.

I ordered to try for a bowel problem but this ...
I ordered to try for a bowel problem but this is not going to be the solution. Plan to try to contact the seller so hopefully they can come up with a product more suitable for IBS and fructose intolerance issues. Contacted the seller after I got a unexpected refund issued. I did not return this product, of course, but the seller told me they wanted everyone that bought their product to be satisfied. This is something you do not see everyday - a seller that backs their product 100% and wants their customers to be completely satisfied. I even had a phone number to call which I did because I did not expect this refund because I didn't even try to return it. This product is definitely a positive for the hygiene market I feel sure - it was not the item I would need to have to deal with high fructose intolerance problem. As far as I can see NO ONE has a adequate product for this problem. I discussed this in detail with the seller and she was completely aware of my concerns and stated she was going to let their market department aware. This product is for a problem that used to be "quiet". No one wanted to admit they had incontinence issues - now everyone is talking and the market is full of items for that problem. Now the bowel issues dealing with IBS and high fructose intolerance is like the incontinence used to be - no on wants to talk about it and the only items I can find are for small leakage issues like the Butterfly which is great but not enough to cover the more volume issues. The other solutions I have found are diapers which are too huge and bulky. I told the seller what I thought would be a good solution and if I could figure it out I could not believe these manufacturers had not thought of it as well. This is a growing problem and not everyone needs those big diapers. We need something discreet but enough to be able to get to a restroom without getting your clothing messed up and be able to get cleaned up and continue on with your day. Help us out. Butterfly is a small manufacturer and I think will be a great solution for many people - not many people are aware of this product and I think it is well worth trying if you have leakage issues. They are light weight and don't feel like you are wearing a diaper. Company is to be commended for their dedication.

Good but getting very pricey
These pads work well, but are getting increasingly expensive, almost to the point of cost-prohibitive. But another buyer suggested substituting the women's pad L/XL for the men's version in M, and they are slightly less expensive. It's troubling that a vendor will significantly increase the price of a product that helps solve a personal health problem, for no apparent reason that more profit.

Life Changing
This product may be too expensive, and it may cause problems for people with more substantial bowel leakage or with very sensitive skin. If none of these concerns is a deal-breaker for you, though, these are sublime. I have had these for about a week, and they have been transformative. I have gone from continually worrying about anal leakage and the problems resulting from it (even including such mundane considerations as "Can I take a walk now, or will the moisture and chafing be too much?") to entirely forgetting about the problem 23 3/4 hours of the day. If you have an anal leakage problem and you are in doubt about these, I heartily encourage you to give them a try. The materials and workmanship may not be worth the hefty cost, but the peace of mind they have given me has been priceless.

Pad for Bowel Protection
As you get older, accidents happen. These are a must-have, when you are out and about. However, they are expensive. And sometimes you wear one for a few hours, and find it was not really needed. Then gets tossed. But ... guess it is better to have the security of being protected, rather than pinch pennies and be embarrassed by a bowel leakage. I do not understand why they are so costly, Design is very simple, and they have only a minor amount of adhesive. I would use discretion about flushing them down toilets. Do not depend on them for consistent bowel problems. They are much too small.

More like Butter Flies-away
At first glance, these pads look like they would do a wonderful job. They are small, compact, and discreet. But they do NOT stay in place. They have a little bit of adhesive on either side to try to keep it in place against the skin, but after a few bends, twists, and turns of my body, I could feel the pad moving around in my underwear. I went to the restroom and found the pad wadded up on my left butt cheek - far from where it should be. I think you have to have buns of steel to keep it in place, otherwise, forget it. I gave it 2 stars for those who might use them at night while sleeping. If you don't move around too much on the bed, they should work okay. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these, in spite of the wonderful idea. Too bad.
