Legit rack extender. When I first lined it up to see how it would fit, I was skeptical about drilling, but the stars aligned and everything fit nicely and is a great addition to my atv! There are faintly scored marks (circles) on the underside of the cover for the two bolts that need drilling. It's easier to remove the cover to see these and drill them out.My installation notes: do not use the drill bit size the instructions states - I think there is a loss in translation. Eyeball your drill bit size to the bolt before drilling. The two short bolts are the front and the four long are the sides. Use the two washers on the two short bolts on the front on the underside where the bolt head meets the plastic.

Easy to install, and at least on my 2020 sportsman, the 2 center holes come pre-drilled and just have plugs in the holes from the factory, so that made installation super simple. Adding the rack also allows the front lid to stay open on its own which is nice. It's a pretty lightweight piece, so it may bend pretty easily, but it's also attached to plastic, so you can't expect it to be super heavy gauge tubing.

Bolts right up to 2021 570 touring eps. No drilling required. Remove four side bolts and plugs for front 2 bolts. Installed with new hardware with no alignment issues. There was a slight gap between hood and front two mounts but easily closed when tightening bolts. Looks great and very functional.

Easy install . for the 2016 570 you do have to drill the two front post for the screws.

I was looking for a front rack extender that would fit the front rack of my 2024 Polaris Sportsman 570 Touring model. Polaris parts representatives could not tell me the correct rack extender part number that would fit my model. After comparing photos of previous year models, I purchased this rack extender and it fits perfectly. I hope this information helps someone else.

Easy to install,,, start every bolt and screw before you torque one down and you should have no issues after every single one is started then start to torque them all down from one end to the other

Once installed this will be a great addition to my Sportsman 570. However, installation instructions were vague about which bolts go where. There instructions say you get 6 of the same bolts, but you reallt get two different kinds and 2 washers. Not indication in instructions about which ones go where. Also, I had to add my.own washers to some to make the fit tighter.

Makes it feel more like a utility atv. Nice to have some tie down options. Bonus, it keeps my front rack cover in the open position instead of falling down all the time when accessing storage area.
