Right after i put this on my dog it started rolling around on her blanket is it possible she rubbed it off?

It's possible she got a little of it, but if you put it directly on her skin, her fur took most of the rubbing and most or all of the Vectra got absorbed by her skin. My dog loves to waller and roll and root and he's never managed to get enough of it off to keep it from working.

does it work for mosquitoes to ?

According to the label, it does repel mosquitos. However, I would not consider this its primary job and would not trust it to prevent other diseases transmitted by mosquitos.

Which is better vectra 3D or bravecto??

Never used bravecto but vectra 3d worked great on the dogs didnt see 1 flea

Yes its the right dosage then you will be fine to use on your small dogs and this is a very good product
