Pleasantly surprised.
This mouthwash was recommended by my dentist for after I have some teeth removed to prepare for implants. It appears expensive compared to shop available brands however it is non staining and actually tastes nice. Unlike Corsidyl (which literally burns my mouth) this has a pleasant taste, almost no flavour at all and no nasty stripping of the mouth. I canโt comment on effectiveness except to say the dentist recommended it so that seems the best validation to me. As long as it helps with the healing after an extraction plus bone grafting and stitches, I will be happy.

Dentist suggested this mouthwash for gum protection
All good. Yes does taste a bit odd at first but you get used to it. Recommended by my dentist to protect gums and a friend who is dental nurse said it's a good one to use and doesn't stain teeth, like some mouthwashes do. It is alcohol free, which is a good thing my dental nurse tells me. Does say on bottle only use for 1 or 2 weeks (dependent on what dentist advises - mine didn't) so not a long term use product. It's a bright, light blue so do be careful and use by the bathroom basin. Pricey but advised to be good by dentist, so that outweighs cost for me.

Expensive but great for killing bacteria and not staining teeth.
A good alternative to corsodyl which stains teeth. Expensive for a small bottle so I only use when advised by the dentist.

Very Effective
I was told to buy this by my dentist. They donโt normally recommend mouth wash but she said because of my sore gums I needed a bit of help. Well it certainly did help and now I will use all the time. Very pleased, great product.

No stains and nice taste
This mouthwash is so much kinder to my teeth than corsodyl which tends to stain my teeth when i use it for a period of time. It also tends to taste nicer than corsodyl. I recommend this over other post dental treatment mouthwash.

Great
It's the only mouthwash I use now. No sugar or alcohol in and great for healthy gums.

Best mouthwash but on the expensive side compared to the rest.
Much better than leading brand, but on the expensive side compared to the competition.

Very good product
I had a 40 year career in dentistry prior to retiring, so this review is given with professional knowledge. This is not a general mouthwash, it's a chlorhexidine based solution designed for sore or bleeding gums. Ideally, you should get your dentist to check either of those two symptoms, but if you are unable to do so immediately, this product will help treat the problems and may clear them completely , but again, you should see your dentist/hygienist asap. The good thing about Curasept is, that unlike Corsodyl mouthwash, it doesn't stain your teeth
