Trying to transfer playlists over from windows media player on my pc. The songs are saving on the device individually though and not as playlists??

I've given up too, won't transfer any music from my laptop onto the device

Does anyone know how to get back up to the top level menus? I would like to be able to pick which album to play.

When playing music press VOL button and the screen will change to All songs. Press VOL again and screen will change once more. Keep pressing VOL one press at a time and it will take you to each screen one at a time. Stop at the screen you require and press the centre Play/Pause button to access the required menu. How can shuffle be turned off ?

I figured out. Mine didn't have a drop-down menu for shuffle, it just took me back to the last menu. I put it into repeat mode and then turned off repeat mode. Fiddle with this, instead of having two crossing arrows you will end up with two straight arrows on the left side, try skipping song it should go to next like normal not a random one.

How do i save a series of audiobooks within a folder? i save them starting 001 or a, b, c but this mp3 player always mixes up the order of the tracks

Is it the order the files were written that you see? If so, a tool named Fat Sorter can resolve this
