Background: heard about a turkey rancher loosing turkeys due to some issue. I think it was heart related. Ended up using copper in their feed and drastically improved the health of the turkeys. Saw all the benefits mainly for cardiovascular. My mom has extremely bad vericosr veins and I have them too. She was talking about getting another surgery. I'm a firm believer in the human body and that it can heal it self with the proper nutrition. Experiment: decided to just go for it and test it out. Results: after two weeks of taking it consistently I've noticed an improvement in the vericose veins. Granted mine aren't that bad, but it feels like there is less pressure build up in the veins and they are flowing better. My mom who has them really bad, is extremely surprised. Her veins don't hurt. She is still skeptical, I think she mentioned something about a humid day to really test it out. Opinion: I think if a little copper is helping the cardio vascular system that much to help with vericose veins, how much is it helping the heart? Probably a lot. I will continue taking copper. In Indian culture they drink water out of copper containers for it's healing properties. Copper and other source metals are important like zinc in helping the body. Other notes: it really upsets my stomach when I don't eat, so if you're sensitive make sure to take it with food.

It is copper and does what it is supposed to do, but unfortunately I can't take it. Be sure and look up side effects, cause you can get too much copper. I was told it is good for brain fog. That is why I tried it. The item itself, is just what it says and you get a good amount. Good price.

This is a reorder, I have been taken this copper supplement for a year and it has helps my over all heath. I also take iron after becoming chronically anemic when I developed Alf gal Center and recently had a total hysterectomy so with copper you cannot take iron I alternate I take copper one day iron the next and so on both are very essential two ones well-being but since I've had a total hysterectomy I no longer require as much iron so the alternation between copper and iron works well for me at this stage in life.

Idk if my copper levels are fine, but sometimes when I take this I get a very weird anxious feeling and it's unsettling.
