This is the sixth time I have ordered Papa Vince Lemon OOEV oil. This the BEST OIL I Have ever tasted. I think this might be my third time... I take a small shot glass... Pore some Vince OVOO in and sip it down.... Delicious..! And Healthy for You too ! It is fantastic and fabulous on any and all salid dishes..! This olive oil is hands down the best lemon olive oil ever. Great value for a very high quality product. Does not disappoint!

I discovered Papa Vince's oil five years ago and have been using it exclusively ever since. It's a super high quality oil, full of healthy polyphenols that has a beautiful "green" taste. I have never tasted a better oil in my 67 years. The lemon version of their oil is really special. It's wonderful drizzled over roasted asparagus. Boil some potatoes in chicken stock, drain them and drizzle some Papa Vince's Lemon Olive Oil and sea salt over them and you'll have quick and delicious Greek lemon potatoes. Best of all, drizzle lemon olive oil on Tuscan bean soup or any kind of chicken soup. Once you try it, you'll never eat soup any other way. My wife even uses lemon olive oil to bake muffins. Folks in Italy are very particular about the quality of the ingredients they use in the kitchen and Papa Vince's products reflect that demand for quality. Their stuff is the best!

I love this EVOO! I had never tried any with a lemon taste. So, I thought I would give it a try. I am so happy that I did!!! I wanted to add something to my salads--which I eat everyday! This EVOO really adds a slight zing to your salad dressing. You can actually use it alone or mix it in your own homemade recipe. I also added this to my broiled salmon and it is delicious! So, pretty soon, I will place an order for a second bottle from the same company. I really liked that they responded to my post and knowing I was new to EVOO they gave me some hints on storing their product. Great customer service and follow up!!! (EVOO shorter for "Extra Virgin Olive Oil" for those of you that do not like acronyms').

This was my first time buying lemon olive oil, and I did it to support an Italian vendor, given the economic devastation from the pandemic. This was a great decision - the lemon flavor is fresh and bright but not overpowering. This oil makes a great salad dressing, with raspberry balsamic and a little salt and pepper. Then, it makes a great pasta sauce, mixed with some garlic, butter and fresh rosemary. I will probably find other uses, but this will now be a staple in my kitchen. I have not yet been to Sicily, and hope to visit this vendor when I do.

Taking two table spoons of this everyday 1hr before breakfast makes me less hungry and helps my body metabolize more.

Price is high but the bottle is kinda large. I bought for my poppa who is from Italy. Delicious taste and flavor is amazing.

This is my 5th purchase from Papa Vince. This is hands down the best olive oil around. I faithfully use the original and the lemon and they are always fresh tasting with a silky yet mildly peppery flavor. LOVE it. I live near Napa and near many other fabulous olive oil producers, but Papa Vince still beats them all. Customer for life.
