I can almost count on 8 hours
I often take one at bedtime and it helps me sleep through the night. They are kind of expensive. If I have had a rough day and know I have to have 8-9 hours of sleep I will take two. They heard about them from a friend whose nutritionist recommended them to him. Nice to find them on Amazon as I couldn't find them anywhere else.

Helps with anxiety during the day and not just for sleep
I actually use this to help with anxiety. My job gets really stressful and this supplement really helps to calm me down and focus on one thing at a time. It actually doesn’t make me sleepy, just calm. I struggle with chronic fatigue so it’s weird that a supplement meant for sleep would help me stay awake and focused during the day, but it really does. If I take it before bed, I do fall asleep faster because my mind isn’t racing. It has never made me feel drowsy or foggy when I wake up. So it’s helpful during the day and/or before bed.

This stuff is junk! Zero affect! Don’t WASTE your time or money!! TOTAL disappointment!! Kavinace Plus best sleep aid ever invented! Worked prefect 7 hours sleep every night 18 months. Then the corrupt FDA outlawed it. This stuff is worthless Pissed I wasted money on their snake-oil! DO NOT PURCHASE IT! Save yourself disappointment! WHAT A WASTE!! Only one star because there isn’t a ZERO star to option!
