Definitely a smart buy !!! I installed 4 in my basement and two in my garage. The amount of light was astounding. No dark corners and it has improved the looks in both areas. I will be sure to buy more and highly recommend them

DO NOT let the size of this little light fool you !!!.. I thought when it arrived that it was going to be bigger (longer and wider ) so I didn't think it was going to throw out much light at all .. But HOLY CRAP !!!... IT IS INSANE that this little light lit up the ENTIRE work space I wanted it for !! It was EXACTLY what I was hoping for ! Throws out ALOT MORE LIGHT , AND ALL AROUND the room than my shop lights that to me , seem to just light up only "so much" of an area .. INCREDIBLE ! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! If it's all around light in an area (and a bigger area ) that your looking for , this IS what to get !.. There are others that are WAY MORE EXPENSIVE than this , and I even thought those would probably be better , only because of how much they were .. I feel there is no need to even bother looking into those ! THIS IS , again , INCREDIBLY AMAZING ! .. after reading other reviews regarding longevity not being so great , I will definitely give an update with mine !... UPDATE !!... Just a bit shy of a year using this light daily , it's STILL AMAZING ! Still just as bright , and NO PROBLEMS AT ALL !!! AND , I had actually purchased 2 more of these during the year for some other spaces because I loved this little light so much , and they are just as PERFECT with no problems whatsoever !😁

Great lights, and with more uses than in the garage. I put one in the kitchen, took out the recessed like bulb, and put in one of these lights. You'll need an extender, but they're on Amazon, too. I also took out the dim bulb in my closet, and put in one of these. Now I can really see all the clothes and things I have jammed in my closet. Being able to see everything feels like I have more room. Also took the light out of my recessed receptacle in the bathroom, and put in one of these. I now have light where I put on make-up, even better than makeup mirror with lights. Fantastic, and LED means high watts without taxing the electrical wires.

Purchase two of these lights I do a lot of work in my garage at night. I turn these on and it may as well be 1 o’clock in the afternoon. It is so light in my garage so easy to work to see things absolutely perfect.

What a difference this light makes in my garage shop. I have a few 4 foot overhead lights and they do their job well, but they give very little overall lighting. This light screws right in to my switched outlet next to the garage door opener, and fills in the gaps that the other lighting misses. The 4 wings can be aimed where you need the more light. Its like having 5 forty watt bulbs in one. They say it will last 30,000 hours, which is right around 3 and a half years. I've had mine on non-stop for the last 6 months. Unfortunately it went out a week ago. I emailed the seller to see if they would be willing to replace it outside of the standard return time, and they sent one out 2 days later, no questions asked. I really hate it when people dock the review a couple of stars for electronic items that fail. They all fail at different rates and that is very difficult to control. What is more important is that they replaced it willingly, that is great customer service and I never dock stars in those cases. I will update this review if it fails again. For 20 bucks you can't go wrong, and as of right now, I'm very happy with my choice and I recommend this product if you are in need of more light than a standard bulb. I may take apart the old unit and remove the panels for a project with my grand daughter. I think my control board must have failed, because all five stopped working at once. Maybe I can convert it to 12v and use it in the shed. If it works out, I'll update and take pictures.

I am using these in closets and garage/basements as replacements of incandescent bulbs. They are bright and cool and far more efficient, and much brighter. The leaves can be folded up or down depending on your need. I put these all over my moms house, to keep her from needing to change an light bulb, and to save her money. She was pleased.

great price for overhead light that can be direction adjusted … got to avoid direct looking at light because very bright We’ve used one in our garage and have one on either side of our basement with good results ….
