Effective digestive enzyme!!
I ordered this product as a test but I'm surprised it actually works. I'm mildly lactose intolerant so this helps me in regular digestion. I'd happily recommend it to other people with lactose intolerance. 1 capsule everyday and it works well.

Nah, I have found them useless.
Waste of money and energy. It's a faux, vague product. I had had abdominal gas and dyspapsia on somedays. Produced no results/remedy even after taking twice a day for fifteen days. I had to throw away the remaining capsules. And, these were pricey too. I had to consult a doctor and as per advice taken 30 enzyme capsules supplied by government hospitals which worked well.

Didn't suit me
The multi enzyme capsule gave me loose motions for an entire day. I will try again after 10 days. The capsule is small in size, I took it for better digestion as I am slim.
