Does this come packaged as pictured - does it include the caddy's for both spatty's?

I didn't buy this on Amazon because I always cross check prices and found it cheaper on thespatty.com website. The description on Amazon doesn't say it comes with the caddy. The spatty daddy website was $14 with the caddy. Not sure about shipping cost tho. Hope this helps! 

What are the dimensions of the "spatula portion" of the 12" Spatty?

Less than 1/2 of an inch. They both work very well..

Is this pink set the exact same as the blue set, just in different packaging? I want to buy the blue as a gift.

Not sure. I have the pink set and love them. Come in very handy for makeup and hair products. Maybe they ran out of pink dye

Has anyone used the smallest Spatty to get LipSense out of the tube? Would it fit inside the tube?

I have the small spatty and looked at the LipSense......I don't think it will fit. The small spatty is bigger than a lipgloss tube.
