Inexpensive but not ready for prime time.
Works but hate the 3.5 mini connectors for “talkback”. Requires a third party interface. BMD can’t/doesn’t know what accessories to make their own products work. Very frustrating. Their ecosystem is Slowly getting there.

Great for fiber runs.
I agree with the other reviewer: for communication not great BUT for fiber runs they are awesome. Need to pair w atem studio converter HOWEVER We successfully used it as an HDMI to SDI converter, and running SDI 100 feet, with no issues. Typically we use it to carry fiber but we just plugged SDI in and carried video signal to the video switcher, worked perfectly.
