Compact, great quality parts, excellent Juicer!
I love this juicer. I’ve tried so many different juicers, from cheap (break, jam, flimsy parts) to expensive (too big, too many parts and hassle to clean), and the slow masticating ones. FYI - If you have ADD/ADHD don’t even think about the slow masticating ones, the waiting is torture, it’s like watching paint dry. I was ready to start beating the thing to get it to go faster, lol. And if you get more nutrients out of the slow ones than the centrifugal ones, it doesn’t matter if it’s too much of a pain to use. I’d rather get a few fewer nutrients and get it done fast! No, it doesn’t squeeze every last drop out of the pulp and I really don’t care. Because of how fast and easy this juicer is, I use it all the time. And I think the juice quality is great! And it’s pretty easy to clean. As easy as possible given the quality. I’ve had cheaper ones that were easier to clean but negligible quality. This one has the quality of the very expensive juicers, and it’s priced well, and small! I have a tiny kitchen and this one neatly fits under my cabinets and doesn’t take up much space. It works fast, easy to clean and basically the best of all worlds in one! I used to tease my mom because she’s sort of obsessed with the Cuisinart brand. To the point it was almost a deterrent for me, because I’m tired of hearing about Cuisinart my entire life, lol. But I have to say the brand lived up to my mom’s raves with the case of this juicer. I am so happy with it - my favorite one of all the juicers I’ve ever had, hands down.

Worth the money - GREAT JUICER - MUST BUY
The BEST juicer I ever had! For SURE BUY this item. Great brand, great price. VERY easy to rinse clean. No screws and just very happy. I have never had a juicer easier to take apart and clean. I originally bought one of the wide mouth units, it was too tall and not solid and too tall as it was top heavy. This cuisnart is a GREAT Brand with a quality juicer. Center of gravity is great, has sucktion cups to keep in place. Only thing is I wish the cord was another 12".

From an Experienced Juice Person
Over the years I have had all types of juicers. Everything from cheapie centrifugal juicers to the masticating juicers that are pretty pricey. I decided to get this particular juicer because it fit my needs at this point in my life. Let me explain. Masticating juicers will always be the best, in my opinion. They take the produce and slowly chew it up and extract just about every particle of juice that could be extracted. I did not choose one this time because, even though they are cheaper than they used to be, there are still a few drawbacks. One, they take forever to make juice. In addition, they are more difficult to clean, and you absolutely must cut up your produce to fit them into the small feed chutes. If the quality of the juice is worth it for you, then I can highly recommend them. Centrifugal juicers are louder, generally cheaper, and get your juice to you in a hurry. You don't have to wait, they're easy to take apart, and pretty easy to clean compared to the masticating juicers. That being said, with a centrifugal juicer your pulp will be somewhat wetter, and you will always have some unjuiced items such as apple peels that may not get thoroughly ground up into juice. I chose this particular machine because it fits in my kitchen. Even though I'm retired, I'm very busy, and I really don't have time to play with a fiddly juicer. This is easy to clean, quieter than I expected it to be, and, as I said, it fits on my small countertop. Plus it's a Cuisinart. It matches my food processor! And while I have found the occasional errant apple peel, the pulp is drier than I expected. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this machine and so far I would buy it again.

Well made, compact juicer
This juicer is one of the less inexpensive models that I researched but does the job well. I have other Cuisinart products so anticipated it would be well made (and it is) and reliable. Instructions are easy to follow. Cleaning can be a bother but then I understand that most juicers are since there needs to be a place to insert the fruit or vegetables, then a place for the extracted juice and the skins or peels, etc. A handy brush for cleaning is provided and I did find it helpful.

Wow, fantastic juicer for price/value/performance
Cuisinart's juicer compact juice extractor didn't come up initially in my Amazon search. I read the reviews of several other manufacturers, focusing on the 1 & 2- star reviews. Have learned from past experience this is where you learn about the real issues you can encounter with a product. All of the popular suggestions had red flags: Loud, hard to clean, didn't extract as much juice as expected, etc. I expanded my review search & found Best Reviews of the top 5 extractors for 2021. (http://bestreviews.com/best-juicers). These included Omega, Breville, Mueller, and Nutri Bullet. Cuisinart was by far the best price/value, with the fewest Cons. It doesn't disappoint. The unit is very solid. Doesn't take up a huge footprint. Super easy to use & fairly quiet. Plus, a breeze to disassemble for fast cleaning. They provide a small brush to clean the screen with & it works perfectly. Above picture is juice from a single large Navel orange. It gave me twice the juice (Photo on left) I usually get from the cheap unit I've been using. (That's great savings in itself! However, I didn't trim any of the rind & there was a rind taste in juice. So, I trimmed another orange to see the difference. Huge! Flavor is much better, and as you can see in photo on the right, still a lot of juice from a single orange. There is very little pulp in the juice, if any at all. The tube you feed fruit/vegetables in is quite wide. For a large orange, I quartered it. They, also, provide a nice recipe booklet with juicing ideas for all sorts of fruit & vegetable, even some with alcohol. Delivery was fast. Ordered Sunday. Arrived Tuesday afternoon. If you're looking for a great juicer that doesn't break the bank & outperforms others, you should check it out. I don't have a negative thing to say about it.

The Little Juicer That Could
This is good starter juicer for those new to juicing or plan on being occasional juicers. I purchased this juicer based on the price (I had a $100 gift card) and the fact that it was compact. Our kitchen is small and it sits on the counter. We make juice about 2-3 times a week. You can easily prepare fruits and veggies, juice 'em and clean up in about 20 minutes. The motor is quiet as well. My previous experience with juicing was with my former house mate's Breville, which was noisier and a pain to clean. As others have noted, some of the pulp and skin, especially with apples, gets lodged in the upper clear chamber, instead of heading down to the pulp container. I've noticed you don't get much juice at all with leafy greens such as parsley and kale. I'm going to take one reviewer's suggestion and add a bit of water for leafy greens. For fruits such as oranges and lemons, I remove most of the rind and cut them into halves or fourths so they don't jam the machine. I followed the advice of a friend who has a Omega juicer and took the pulp and ran it through the juicer again. This results in a little extra juice and drier pulp. I mix a little pulp (usually carrot or kale) back into the juice so we get a little fiber. This week I saved some carrot/kale pulp and used it in a chicken meatball recipe with delicious results. Try sneaking some in meatloaf or burgers instead of breadcrumbs! I am really enjoying our latest kitchen gadget, down to the last drop.

Great value, love it
Why I always buy using AMAZON. The first one was missing parts, I returned it for a new one, and it is great. Imagine in a heavy snowstorm, you can make FRESH orange juice. Marvelous.

WARNING: HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD
The third time I tried this juicer, large chunks of plastic from the filter housing unit ended up in my drink and when I took the machine apart, the entire housing had been shredded--and all I was juicing was peeled pineapple. I then saw that several other reviewers have had the same problem, but when I contacted Cuisinart, they indicated they could not replace the filter housing because they don't stock that part (a main part), but that if I paid for shipping, which they estimated at ten dollars, they'd replace it. Given that the problem is a serious one, of their own doing, and something several other reviewers have noted, I'm not paying a penny more nor am I going to invest the time to pack it and take it to the post office (I did offer to send a photo of the damaged part, but they still want me to ship the whole machine to them). As other reviewers have noted, the size is ideal, it's great for fruit, but when it comes to greens, it's really poor. But for me the bottom line is if the plastic gets ground into my drink and the manufacturer expects me to shell out money to fix the problem, I don't want their product.
