The quality is very good, the foot surface is frosted, it is really anti-foot slippery, the wheel is pu flash, but it will light when it is fast to slide... Yes, it can be folded, the child is playing, very satisfied

Outstanding, with one caveat...
My 8 year old daughter lives this thing! She uses it more than her bike. However we almost returned it because we couldn't get the handle bars to click in place correctly. But after an hour of finessing them into place it worked fine.I highly recommend this scooter, but only after it was put together correctly.
