This is a very straight forward step by step guide to lifting hand weights. Though using a male model, I have been using the chart for a couple of weeks as a female and it works fine. I modify with reps and hand weight levels of my choice but the chart does not make those recommendations anyway so, you are on your own with regard to that. Best part is seeing and understanding the muscle groups affected by the exercise. Well done! Would recommend.

Good transaction, good workout guide, on the thin side of material, but does the job.

I like the chart, I'm 62 though. And I feel it's a little too advanced. Just one or two. The feel the workout.

Like the product overall, but it does not have any hanging device, grommets, hanging rope, etc. It is thin vinyl and needs to be layed out flat or hung for a period of time until it stays open. The information on it is very good.

It's small. From the picture, you would assume it's life size. I guess my fault. Otherwise, it gives decent information.

Is a poster instead of a book a good solution to add dumbbell exercises to my boring routine? Yes! I stapled the poster to the closet door next to my physical therapy bed. Since the poster has both reclining and standing suggestions, I'm able to see the while lying down, and I can see them while standing. There so many exercises from which to choose, targeting every area. Glad I didn't buy another book to constantly turn pages looking for the exercise I need, many of which don't even include pictures. This poster works for me, and I'm thrilled with the results.

Love this poster! It hangs in my gym as a resource. I love that I can mark it up using a dry erase marker to keep track of my reps and weight! My kids are new to working out and appreciate the visuals as well.

Poster shows 40 useful dumbbell exercises for flexibility, balance and strength. Illustrations are small so need to be viewed close up.

A poster should make it easy to see the information at least from a couple of feet away but this one is too small and you have to get your face in it to see it. I doubt that I'm keeping this. The ad shows a huge poster next to the person. Classic misrepresentation.
