Let me first say, I LOVE this watch!!! I bought it for my 5 year old son and he loves it too! He was so excited and couldn't believe he had a "Smartwatch", his words, not mine!! I bought it because he just started Kindergarten, was waiting too long to go to the bathroom and then partially wetting on his way to the bathroom. I wanted to find some way to help him remember to go to the bathroom without embarrassing him at school, hence THIS watch. I love that I can set the watch to vibrate mode and only he knows when his timer was going off. It looks like a big kid watch, so all his friends think its really cool. They don't even know it's a potty watch. It's nice that it automatically restarts the timer over and over until you turn the timer off through program mode. That means that I can set it and forget it and also that his teacher doesn't have to fuss with it. he doesn't even have to take it off to wash his hands because it's water resistant, so the only reason to take it off would be to sleep or charge. We get about 3.5 days, sometimes more, on one charge. While he hasn't completely stopped having accidents, he has gone from 3-4 a day down to 1 a day, and sometimes none. So, I feel that he is on his way back to having no accidents. Now, with that being said, there are a few things you should know. 1. While the face of the watch is nice and thin, it is a bit wider than I expected it be, even on a 5 year old. I would say that it's larger than a women's watch face, but not quite as big as a men's. 2. Within the first day of wearing it, the face started popping out of the silicon band. I contacted the seller, who immediately responded. He suggested super gluing it to hold it in place and if that didn't work, or if I just didn't want to, he offered to expedite a new one to me right away. Well the glue worked great and a new one wasn't necessary. 3. While many say that it's complicated, if you read the directions carefully, you'll find that it's quite easy. The screen is a touch screen and it has a tap and hold programming system. You tap the screen and with each tap you get to a new screen (Time, Battery Strength, Timer Set, and Sound). If the timer is turned on then it's (Timer, Time, Battery Strength, Timer Set, and Sound). Once you reach the screen you want to program, you simply hold your finger on the screen for a second until it changes to program mode. Then you tap it to go through the setting options. Once you see the option you want, you simply hold your finger on it again to select it and switch back out of program mode. Then wait for the screen to go off and do it again, if you want to change another setting. 4. While I love vibrate mode, your little one has to be committed to listening to it on their own because chances are you won't hear it. For littler ones, I would recommend using the song mode, so that you will also hear it and can prompt them to go. 5. Because it does have a touch screen, there has been occasion where the timer has accidentally gotten turned off. This has happened twice in 2 weeks. 6. After the first few days of wearing, my son started complaining that he didn't want to wear it because it was uncomfortable. I tried not putting it on so snuggly, and he's been fine with it since. I just wanted to make you aware of some of the things I didn't know before I bought this watch, but none of these are reason enough for me to not recommend it. I still think it's a great and would buy it again! The benefits far outweigh the cons. Good Luck!! **UPDATE** Within several weeks, our potty watch quit working. It worked fine when I plugged it in one night and didn't work when I unplugged it the next morning. The screen just wouldn't come on at all. I contacted the seller immediately. He told me that I should not leave it plugged in overnight. It only takes 30-60 minutes to fully charge. (From completely dead, mine takes about 60 minutes on a regular charger and 25 on a fast charger). He immediately sent me a replacement watch free of charge and included a nice handwritten note giving me his personal cell number, just in case I needed anything else...stating "I will take care of you!". I have done as he said with the new watch and have had no problems. I only plug it in every 3 days or so, and I set a timer so that I remember to take it off the charger. I would highly recommend this seller. His customer service it wonderful and the product is great too!!!

The watch came with a paper from the folks selling the it and many different ways to contact them if you have questions about the watch. It was easy to get ahold of them and they were so kind. The paper had a QR code, but my phone didn’t pick it up so instead I typed in the site to view how to operate the watch. There is a video showing you what the watch is capable of, how to navigate it, and how to take care of the watch. Go watch the video a few times and get familiar with how the watch operates. I think it took me 10 minutes to get the hang of it. My son is almost 7, but was having urinary problems. Our urologist said have him use the toilet every 2 hours. I looked up watches so he can use it at school. This watch has 3 modes. The first one only vibrates (which is why I chose it), the 2nd plays music, and the third vibrates and plays sounds. I wanted something my son could be discreet with, but remind him to go. The watch latch broke the 2nd day. I figured out it is like a spring and put it in there. Within a few hours it popped out. I reached out to the couple that sell the watch. They apologized profusely and expedited a new one. I wasn’t expecting that. I was just needing a new band. My son actually stays dry and isn’t having multiple accidents. It’s a strong vibration, so we found if we loosen the watch, it won’t tickle him. He’s super ticklish. Needless to say I think it’s a great product. I really appreciate reaching out to a real human and getting feedback, especially when you order something off Amazon. At the end of the day it’s very reasonably priced and is helping my son.

I chose this potty watch because I love that it's discreet - it doesn't look like a potty watch, it looks like a cool watch that any kid would be proud to wear. Dealing with an older child who is not yet potty trained, not having the product be so in your face was essential. For the same reason, I greatly appreciate the option for the alarm to be vibrate-only so that my child can use it discreetly at school. My child absolutely loves wearing the watch, and it seems to have more authority than I do with regards to convincing him it's time to use the toilet. Setting up the watch is relatively easy. I knocked off 1 star because of the fact that all functions are controlled by a single button, including the function to merely view the time or how much time is left on the potty timer. The first time I gave my child the watch, he unintentionally completely changed the time within minutes of getting his hands on it. It would be great if the button to change the settings could be separate from the button for the child to use the most basic functions of the watch, something a bit more tucked away. I do want to give a big shout-out to the seller's customer service. The first watch we received stopped having the alarm go off properly within the first day of use. I contacted the company on whatsapp and, after asking a few questions to ensure the settings weren't the issue, they quickly let me know that they would be sending a replacement free of charge. We have not had any issues with the replacement.

This is my daughter's second potty watch. Unfortunately we misplaced the old one. The quality seems good so far. Not terribly difficult to program. My daughter is happy with it. However, I wish that you could program it so that the alarms turned on and off at certain times. For example, alarm countdown turns on at 7am and off at 8pm. Her old watch had that feature. That way you don't have to manually turn the alarms off and on every night/morning. Also, the song it plays sounds really strange. I know it's supposed to be "If you're happy and you know it" but not all the notes are correct. The first time it played, it reminded me of when a toys batteries are dying. Kind of unnerving. It will work for what we need it to do, but I don't think the price is right for what you get.

The good - it looks pretty nice, the display is clear, it's easy enough to charge, and kiddo can figure out how to silence the alarm. From there it goes down hill like a bowling ball on a ski-jump. This thing is about as easy to program as a 1980's VCR without the manual. It's a series of long and short presses, but the button or programming is not quite sensitive enough to accurately detect the difference, so it may take 4 short pokes or 5 to get to the setting you want, and the delay between accepting that setting and moving to the next is short enough to make you repeat it until you luck into it. This gets even more annoying because you have to reprogram it twice daily. It is huge. It comfortably fits the adult wrists in the house, but almost falls off our nearly exactly statistically average sized 4 year old at the smallest setting. It's too big on the kiddo for the vibration setting to be useful, they just doesn't notice it. I can't imagine it fitting most 3 year olds. Once you finally have it programmed, it will go off in that sequence forever, or until the battery dies and you have to reprogram it. Plan on leaving it in the basement over night or giving your child sleep deprivation, because it's going to go off unless you re-program it to off. You can program it to silent in the evening, but then you need to re-program it at the same time the next morning if you want it to go off at the same times each day. God help you if the kiddo wants to wear it when it's not programmed yet. Thankfully, It fell apart on the first day at pre-school. The watch body fell out inside a mitten, where it had been well protected from bumps, but it's way too easy for a kid to knock loose. This garbage watch may have permanently soured kiddo on potty watches. Zero response from the manufacturer on email inquiry about problems.

Our 5 year old was frequently wetting his pants at Kindergarten because he “forgot” to go potty or was “too busy”. We were all frustrated and I was worried about other kids teasing him. On a whim, I bought this watch and WOW! it completely solved our issue. I picked this one over some others because of these features: - vibration only option (I wanted the alerts to be subtle enough that other kids at school wouldn’t necessarily notice) - not too babyish in appearance - flexibility on reminder time, so that we can gradually increase time between reminders in order to wean him off - actually functions as a watch I was surprised and impressed that the watch actually looked like a smart watch. I was surprised that it needs to be charged. Not a big deal, that just hadn’t occurred to me. It displays the time, etc. when you touch it. You continue to tap to see additional screens. One of the screens gives the charge level (scale of 1-100, 100 being fully charged) and a charge lasts us a little more than 2 days. We started off with a reminder every 60min. The watch will tell you how long until the alarm will go off, which is helpful. The vibration is strong/long enough that it can’t be missed and the screen displays “GoGo” when it’s time to use the potty. The vibration reminds me of a phone ringing when on vibrate - others in the immediate vicinity would certainly notice it but it isn’t disruptive. Starting day 1, we’ve had no more accidents. In fact, the watch went off on Day 2 in an area that did not have a bathroom and our son remembered to go to the bathroom as soon as he was near one. Our son is feeling SO much more confident about himself now that he isn’t peeing his pants. I am so so glad we found and purchased this product!! Plus, our son feels really cool wearing the watch and several of his friends are impressed by it, which is a bonus for a kid that needed a self confidence boost. I would guess that we will only need to use if for a few weeks but it’s actually ok if we need it longer. I only have 2 complaints, both minor: 1) The watch is for kids so I don’t understand why the band is so long. That said, I do like the two pieces that help keep the extra length from sticking out. The band length hasn’t actually been a problem. 2) I wish the blue was more of a navy color. After one week, it was looking pretty dirty. We cleaned it off but I’d prefer something that hides dirt better. I highly recommend this product!

Ordered this watch to help with potty training as my toddler was not interested in it even though I knew she was mentally and physically ready. Purchased the watch on June 15 and fully charged it before first use. After a couple of days I noticed the charging port cover was open and tried to close it so it wouldn't get water in it. No matter how many times I tried, I could not get it to close. Everything else worked fine. Had no issues with the alarms or setting it up. Was a bit frustrated because the cover is so simple yet it wasn't working properly. Decided to text the owners since that was an option and was curious how long it would take for them to respond. Within five mins I had a reply from Eli and within 15 mins he resolved the problem. Said the cover wasn't properly lining up and would send me a replacement. I asked about them sending a return label so I could send the old one back and they said to keep it as a backup. Honestly, that was so great and helpful. The replacement came within 2 days and we also were able to use the original one while we wait so there was no interruption. My toddler loves her watch and I love that she loves it! It has helped us greatly and love that it's stylish and can be worn even as a regular watch down the line. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I'm glad they did. I researched a lot of watches and thought this was the best one for us. The replacement has been working fine. Thank you for a great product and even better customer service!

I got this not for potty training but to remind my 8 y.o. daughter to drink water. Same concept. She was very excited. The watch is cute and seemed durable enough, but I am sending it back today. -Setting it is...clunky? It feels like the way you used to set old digital watches, masquerading as a faux smartwatch. Repeated pushing of the "touch" screen (not really a touch screen, just push on the bottom of the screen, which--side point, I think if you had a curious littler child they would easily be messing with the settings nonstop. There's no way to lock the settings. They could even be changed accidentally by leaning against something the right way) to cycle through to the option you want. Long press to select, cycle through with short presses, long press to select. Ok fine, took some trial and error to figure it out but I got it set. Here's the really annoying thing--if the watch dies it loses all it's settings. So you have to do it all again. Maybe because my daughter is older and I'm not taking it off her at night like you would with a 2/3 y.o. this is more of an issue. But she wears it until it dies and we go through this whole rigmarole over and over. And if I make a mistake and put it on "music" instead of "buzz", prepare to be serenaded all night every 30/45/60 mins, until you stumble blindly out at 3 am to go through the complicated process of setting it to "buzz" (no quick "silent" option for night times). Yes, that happened. Other than that the silicone band has held up ok, but it's been driving her a little nuts at times. We keep having to loosen it up, which makes it harder for her to feel the buzzing. I know personally they can make me a little crazy, especially if water gets trapped under there. But I was dealing with all that because honestly it was doing what it was supposed to: she's been significantly upping her water intake. Until last night, when it was dead (again), so we put it on the charger. I went to reset all our settings and when I push the screen it just lights up and beeps at me. So I took it off the charger and now it's totally dead. In the end I'm done messing with this. Packing it up and sending it back and because of the other issues I was already having I'm not interested in replacement, I'll go with another brand.

Awesome watch, works really well and wakes up my little one right on que. would be easier to turn the alarm off though. I can’t work that part out.

My daughter absolutely loves this watch...it looks very cute on and definitely has been decreasing her accidents. The instructions are straightforward and very easy to follow. Eli from Kidnovations is very personable and is quick to respond via email. We had an issue with our watch and he was very receptive, understanding and kind. The watch stoped working after 1 week of use

I bought the watch for my son in August and realized we were unable to set the time. I requested a refund within the 30 day period, which was accepted; however I still haven't received a refund after returning the item in September and they've stopped responding. I'm so disappointed
