Commercial Undercounter Ice Maker by Manitowoc

We purchased based on Mantiowoc's reputation from companies we were trying to get to repair our Ice-O-Matic. It's been in operation for a couple of weeks so far. We like the recovery on it as well as having the option for 4-12-24 hour lock out for when we are closed. I also like the cube stop feature when the bin is full. Cubes come out mostly broken up. We will see how it does over the long haul!

Have had this product of a couple years now, still producing good ice and a fast rate. Good quality machine. It runs constantly throughout the summer to keep with our ice needs for a fire crew. We shut it off in winter and restart in summer without any issues.

Do NOT buy this machine. We bought one and it doesn’t work. Manitowok has the worst customer service we have come across. They sure want your money though!! Our machine is brand new and under warranty and we still cannot get anyone out here to fix it. We’ve heard from technicians that is one of the worst companies to buy from or receive customer service. Look for another dealer it will save you time, money, and headaches!!!!!!!! Had to give one star in order to submit. Otherwise I would give it a -5 rating. That’s how bad it is

we had a plumber connect this and a bottle filling station together.....Ice machine works very well and has really put out some Ice.....ice bin stays full and pauses itself when full....keeps ice frozen and it looks good....not bulky at all....

OK except it was dented a little on delivery.

Have had this machine for a couple weeks now and have had very few minor problems. Delivered in perfect condition and was easy to assemble (four legs and thats it). Good ice machine for a small bar

We call her "Shelly" and LOVE her. Her home is a church kitchen and makes ice for use on Sundays and Wednesdays to about 100 members. She's new and novel, but has so far served us well. We had her installed by a professional plumber, which the plumber said was pretty straight forward. Shelly started working promptly. She filled up in no time. Shelly is a bit noisy when her fan runs, but once she's full the noise doesn't last very long. She is sturdy and operates smoothly. I highly recommend this unit. I will update my review around December - she'll be in use about 6 months then.

Nothing but issues starting 2yr. Live in Florida had unit in cooled garage. Cleaned it according to maintenance schedule, seals started leaking after a yr and half. Have a whole house water filter and added a 5yr filter in line prior to ice maker for added filtration. Water is as pure as bottled water and it still didnt last. May have been a bad unit out of the box, but took a yr or so to kick the bucket. Imagine that, ust long enough to go out of Warranty. Manitowoc is usually good, but this one didnt last at all.
